  Jeff Allen with Clayton Homes of Hampstead is very knowledgeable and friendly! He is patient and understanding, and always answers all of my many questions. Jeff helped us pick out an affordable mobile home using the "Buy For" option as it is for a relative. This was not explained to us before when we first started the process and had chosen a more expensive home. He helped us get a Home Only loan like we wanted and explained everything thoroughly. We checked out other dealerships in the area and Clayton Homes of Hampstead is the best!! They are easy to work with, are doing a complete turn key package for us, and their homes on display are neat and organized!

  Jeff Allen is the best person to work with. Last year we had decided on the home we thought we wanted, but we had to change our mind, because it cost too much for our budget. Jeff was very patient with us. He helped us pick out a cheaper single wide that is more affordable. He worked with us through the cancelation of the first home. He answers all our questions and is very helpful. We are very grateful for Jeff and all his assistance and help. We looked at a lot of mobile home dealers, six to be exact, but Clayton Homes of Hampstead is the best of them all. We looked for almost a year before deciding what home to purchase. Jeff said they can do everything required to prepare our land. Most of the other Mobile Home Dealers cannot handle everything, unless you hire your own contractors. Do not waste time looking at other dealers like we did. Go with Clayton Homes Of Hampstead and you will be very happy! We sure are very pleased we are going with them compared to others!

  It has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had when purchasing a home. Jeff was amazing and helpful each step of the process. He was in constant communication detailing each process and was always available for any questions. The quality of work and customer service provides exceed my best expectations. The only place to go for your next home purchase.

  Modular homes have come a long way from what I remember. I was so impressed to see the available upgrades and finishes. The best part of our visit was Vicki Gallagher, our salesperson. We came in clearly stating we were not even sure modular homes were the route we were going and that we would not be buying in the area. Despite this, Vicki invested her time showing us homes, answering questions and sharing her own experiences living in a Clayton Home. Her warm personality and bright smile make it easy to connect with her and ultimately with their product. Clayton Homes....you have a great asset in Vicki.
