  I have had a good experience with Hearthside Rentals. They do a good job about being prompt with communication. I did find them to be expensive for repairs.

  Randy and his associates have been wonderful to work with. They get back to me quickly and keep me informed about the status of our rentals, they are WONDERFUL!!

  Honestly found this company very unprofessional, between hiding behind an AI chat assistant and their unresponsiveness I would sift through the reviews and think twice before signing anything. Around 11am was told I had been approved asked a question and at 1 was told that the lease had been awarded to another individual. Seems quite scammy and a nice way to pocket a quick 65 if you ask me

  I tried calling Hearthside several times regarding a rental opportunity. Unfortunately, their AI assistant was more frustrating than helpful. I left multiple messages, but no one ever returned my calls. It was very disappointing, especially since I was reaching out as a prospective customer interested in doing business with them. I would have expected a much more responsive and customer-focused experience.
