  I moved to Hearthside after my rental sat vacant for three months with another company. Co-owner Randy Cox gave me real market data in our first conversation — comparable absorption rates, lead benchmarks, honest pricing guidance — more than I'd gotten in three months prior. They onboarded in under 48 hours. Randy personally picked up keys and photographed the property the day I signed, and the listing was live with correct filters and full syndication the next morning. 22 leads in three weeks, multiple applications, and a signed lease. Kacie, the Property Manger, has been extremely responsive and communicates clearly, including when the answer isn't what I want to hear. I've only had a tenant in place for lust under a week, so I can't speak to long-term management yet, but on leasing performance they delivered exactly what they said they would.

  I have had a good experience with Hearthside Rentals. They do a good job about being prompt with communication. I did find them to be expensive for repairs.

  Randy and his associates have been wonderful to work with. They get back to me quickly and keep me informed about the status of our rentals, they are WONDERFUL!!

  Honestly found this company very unprofessional, between hiding behind an AI chat assistant and their unresponsiveness I would sift through the reviews and think twice before signing anything. Around 11am was told I had been approved asked a question and at 1 was told that the lease had been awarded to another individual. Seems quite scammy and a nice way to pocket a quick 65 if you ask me
