  I had such a great experience with Greenbrier Apartments in Greenville. Kam was incredibly sweet and really sensitive to my needs throughout the whole process. I’ve been hoping to get an apartment there, and she went above and beyond by calling me multiple times and keeping me updated whenever one became available. She spoke clearly, was genuine, and made me feel valued instead of just another applicant. Her kindness and communication made the experience so positive. I truly appreciate her help and look forward to hopefully living there!

  I called in with several questions about the apartments. From the location, vacancies, different fees and amenities. The woman who answered the phone, Kam, was amazing. Very patient and informative of all the questions I had to ask. Even provided advice about FAQs that she typically gets asked which sparked more discussion between us. She was great and looking forward to touring in person soon!

  Loved my time at Greenbrier woods. LaShunda, the leasing manager, took time to help with moving and answered any questions I had precisely. She made my move process a breeze and communication is fast. Maintenance was quick to fix any problems efficiently and effectively. Definitely a place I’d recommend staying if looking for a nice place with great service all around. Thank you LaShunda, thank you Greenbrier Woods!

  I have lived here since October and I first had internet connection issues but Lashonda helped me with it the whole way through and I haven’t had any issues with it since. But I want to acknowledge John Whitley (aka) John Boy our maintenance man for the superb service he does and he does it with a smile every time. I don’t have bad maintenance problems just regular getting started in a brand new place and it’s not a lot but when I call him he always comes in good time and he’s always pleasant and efficient. He’ll always say “I don’t mind. You’re not bothering me. That’s what I’m here for to work.” I actually think he enjoys what he does! lol
