  We have been in our home for about mid October and was completely satisfied until now. We have a couple spots in the floor that are weak to the point where it is giving you can see even in video of the linoleum buckle it’s so bad. Trim has started to pop off and out. Door jams are uneven not closing all the way the front door is in level and when cool it is catching at the top and starting to cut into the jam. I’m one of the closets in the corner is closest to the middle of the double wide the wall is coming apart the trim is dangling it’s like an inch gap the small bathroom entrance door at the top is moving and about to fall out the hole thing. The licking room also where it connect the two side are different heights very noticeable!!!! There is much that’s needs to be repaired that if it goes undone this will turn into a major issue shortly. I reach out did a service request a guy one of there techs I suppose not going to say his name due to protect his privacy I’m not trying to pin point blame but he lacked the skill set to be able to do the jobs he finished the floor and told me that’s the best he can do and it’s just a mobile home, do what it’s not just a mobile home this is my home I purchased for my wife and family she always wanted a new home I finally got to a point where I could barely. But we are making it through gods help. The man they sent told me that’s that instantly told me what I already knew but need confirmation to know. Look guys I’m not saying everyone has a horrible experience not saying mine was I’m saying this hasn’t even been the year yet and they are still obligated to come and fix these things. He left yesterday I reached out the the office now I’m not getting nothing back from them it really feels like they don’t care. But at this Point I’m still going to give them the benefit of the doubt they will make good on this and will update review if they do as long as it is a different person doing the work that l owes what they are doing not saying he don’t but his skills are without a doubt minimal at best. I’m giving them a couple more days to update me on these problems and a date to get them looked at and fixed or my wife and I will be looking into what can be done elsewhere through other means that I really don’t want to have to go through. But when left no option and with no one speaking with me or getting back up to me I honestly feel I have no other choice. They were great then just seemed to not care after we were in it you know. Like I stated and I promise I will update this review daily if need be on the progress so you all know what your getting into before you buy a home. I also have all the videos and pictures and will refrain from posting in hopes they will contact me to get this resolved. I will also hire a contractor to do the work and send the bill to Corporate if they want me to I don’t care it needs to be fixed all of it. How ever it has to be done doesn’t matter my wife and I bought a nice home and want it to stay that way for years to come but can’t with the issues it currently has. I’m not bashing the place of business at all just want to be done fairly and just like we are supposed to be done. And like they told us they would. Update soon Today’s date 7/8/2026

  Ashley and Jennifer were awesome during this whole process. Ashley listened to our wants found us the perfect sized home. After closing Jennifer kept us in the loop on everything that was going on. These ladies are awesome and I’m forever grateful for them.

  Joe and Luis have been great when things pop up that need fixing or issues since moving in that we find. They have come out in a timely manner, were clean, efficient, and thorough.

  Crossland has been amazing from beginning to end and after as well! Joe Faulkner is the maintenance Manager and he is amazing! Always there to answer questions and quickly respond to issues which I haven’t had many at all!! Very well constructed properties, very professional and you feel more like their friend than a client. Highly recommend!!!

  My experience with crosslands home was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, patient and informative. They answered every question I had and made sure I understood the whole process. Even after I moved in they still make themselves available for any of my concerns, specifically Joe Faulkner who has always answered my calls and comes to attend to any issues I have. I would recommend Crossland homes to anyone looking to purchase a home especially first time buyers. Don't want to forget Garrett he was amazing..Thankyou
