  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We purchased our new home from Crossland Homes in Greenville, NC, and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize our service technician, Luis. As with any new home, we’ve had a few things come up that needed attention, and Luis has been our service technician from day one. Every single time, he has been thorough, professional, and determined to make sure the issue is corrected properly. We had paint begin to pop off one of the panels on our kitchen island, and when Luis finished repairing it, you honestly couldn’t even tell anything had ever happened. We recently noticed the same issue starting on the other side of the island, and rather than trying to patch something that needed more attention, Luis ordered a new panel for us and we are currently waiting for it to arrive. We also had a squeak develop in the floor of our master bathroom. Luis came out, addressed it, and the squeak is completely gone. Most recently, we noticed moisture coming into our master bathroom over the weekend. Luis came out first thing this morning, got on the roof, and found that the rubber boot around the bathroom vent had been pushed upward. He repositioned it, sealed it properly, and while he was already on the roof, he went ahead and checked and sealed the others as well. That extra step really stood out to us because he didn't just fix the immediate problem—he took the time to help prevent another one. Luis truly goes above and beyond. He is extremely thorough, takes pride in his work, and doesn't make you feel like he is simply trying to get the job done and move on. He makes sure things are done correctly and that we are satisfied with the repair. Issues can happen with any new home, but the service you receive when something does happen makes a huge difference. We have been incredibly impressed with Luis and very appreciative of the care he has shown our home. Crossland/Clayton is very fortunate to have someone like him representing their service department. Thank you, Luis, for taking such good care of us and our home! You are very much appreciated! ❤️🏡

  My experience well to start off with it was looking pretty bad but after getting in touch with Kim boy did she get the ball going, thank you Kim🙏🏻 so the issues I had previously are all but don’t one last thing left is the front door hinges but other than that I’m finally getting satisfied, the gentleman they sent out was Luis this young man isn’t afraid of work as soon as he pulled up it was a greeting then off to work he went didn’t stop one time till I was satisfied. If anyone buys a home and has some issues from settling or whatever please ask for Luis he is definitely a go getter I will not have anyone other than him at my house from now on. Polite respectful all you want in a contractor. Thank you Me. Luis my wife and I are thrilled with the work just don’t forget to get them hinges which I have no doubt that you won’t thanks again. So I will apologize to the company ( I APOLOGIZE SINCERELY) ok I hate apologies but anyway Kim and Luis thanks oh I thank I’m leaving someone out didn’t here a lot from them but thank you David and Jenn I believe.   Ashley and Jennifer were awesome during this whole process. Ashley listened to our wants found us the perfect sized home. After closing Jennifer kept us in the loop on everything that was going on. These ladies are awesome and I’m forever grateful for them.
