I’m leaving after staying for longer than I imagined. Moving is expensive as well as finding a great place. The layouts are ok. There is lots of turnover with office staff & maintenance, some good & some terrible. Pet policies seem to change even though we simply renew contracts to stay. I thought leashes were mandatory. If they are then it is not enforced. When I first moved in certain breeds were not allowed. Certain sizes were not allowed above the first floor. The ceiling is amazing thin. I’ve been told it’s thick but it’s noisy if someone lives above. I don’t hear from my side neighbors. Lots of folks seem to stay short periods of times and some are a bit more difficult to have as neighbors. Sometimes neighbors clean up after the pups and sometimes not. I’m not sure if anybody is working at the front desk. I was told there has been a change in workers. I move out in a month yet my cable turned off last night. Very poor communication. I go to the portal to do maintenance requests and often the requests say completed or are labeled as cancelled. I was later told that I must contact the main owner for repairs, huh? The gutters are blocked and when it rains it gushes like a waterfall knocking stuff off my balcony railing. Well even though water rushes in under my bottom patio it has never in a year been fixed. Crazy. So 1) noise travels through ceilings 2) snow not scraped in the winter & I had to go to work 3) neighbors park on handicap whether they have a placard depending on who lives here. 3) workers have too much turnover and one of the most recent was very unreliable. I’m not sure if she was evasive or really didn’t know answers. 4) when I first moved in it wasn’t so bad. Would I move here now? Probably not. There are many empty apartments. New ownership? I’m guessing yes. Pay attention to the balcony where you move. Towards the woods gets dirty and of course the water got mine. Some get hit by storms worse than others. Some don’t seem to get messed up at all. When I first moved in I had to clean for 3 hours the night before and now they want me to leave spotless. Funny how that works. Maybe it’s this way at every apartment. Some of my time has been ok, much of it frustrating.. there is one apartment that tends to have short term leaders. Literally a hummingbird feeder was put out 4 years ago. It’s still up lol same syrup. Insist on looking at the place you rent. Ask about maintenance. Much is Neighbor dependent. I have a few nice ones and a few not great ones. If you work first shift the noise works. If you work second or third you’ll be sleep deprived at some point. It’s quiet today. Put up ring cameras patio & inside. Oh, there is a smart lock but no bolt. After I realized employees could come inside after knocking whether I was asleep or showering I bought something to block my door from opening while I’m here. Good luck

Recently changed from a 2-bed into a 1-bed. Cam was amazing with making everything as easy possible, management is 10/10 for the complex.

I have a first floor apartment. The pipes leading down from the upper level apartments run through the bedroom wall. When a toilet is flushed from one of the upper levels it makes a terrible noise, that sounds similar to someone falling down a flight of stairs. It's incredibly loud and has prevented me from using the bedroom, as the sound is so startling that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. When a shower is ran from one of the upstairs units it creates a constant loud knocking in the walls that lasts long after the upstairs occupant turns off the water. A recording of the noises was promptly brought to the attention of management. It's now been over a month and no attempt has been made to repair or otherwise insulate the noise. As a result I have been unable to sleep in the bedroom and have been forced to sleep in the living room. This issue has prevented me from enjoying full use of the rented space. Furthermore, an obstruction in the ice dispenser on the freezer initially prevented ice from dispensing through the door. The issue was reported to management along with the requested, make and model information for the unit. It has been weeks and the issue has not been repaired, and as a result ice has formed inside the door preventing the freezer from opening. I cannot sleep in the bedroom or store frozen food items. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bradbury Place. At this point I just want out of my lease.
