  My girlfriend and I really love it here. We’ve been here since late July 2025. There have been multiple small community events that unfortunately I was either working during or asleep for work the next doing but I would’ve loved to have been there. We have a 2 bed 2 bath unit, I can’t remember the name of the unit but it has the hallway from the main bedroom to the main bathroom. There are some very small issues we have, such as light in the kitchen flicking, master bathroom toilet doesn’t flush well and the wax Seal is corroding. None of these are super bad to deal with, we notified them during their walk through which seem to be every few months. We have seen one roach since moving in… we killed it and they were here in what seemed like the next day to spray. I just can’t remember it’s been a while. Haven’t seen anything since knock on wood. The pool area is beautiful and they have two gas grills you can use. I don’t utilize the gym but I have tried to get into the habit and for me it’s not a bad setup but I imagine if you’re really into the gym life it may lack some qualities you’re looking for. The walls are pretty thick, I rarely hear my neighbors and outside noise. The fire dept being right across the road had me worried but I barely notice it. They had a breakfast this morning for residents free at the office. I was already gone though and my girlfriend was coming in from night shift and didn’t even notice them really but it’s nice to know they did that. I would definitely recommend it and fully intend to renew my lease at the end of it.

  I love living here as it is located near everything. My problems and concerns are always addressed quickly and everyone i have met has been so kind

  Every time I visit this place the weed smell gives me a headache...take it inside and use some air fresheners ...I will be informing my company and others not to deliver if it continues

  Well. I moved last March , one bedroom apartment it's very nice but price is high, also the neighbors are so rude, one day I was calling my father back home , and one of the neighbors called the police and said that I'm having a party in my apartment, but when the police man came he didn't find anything show that there were party. ALSO, I'm living on the 2 floor. And the apartment under me is old lady that always compliments about me because of my foot steps... within 5 months I had 3 to 4 warnings. and to be honest the first one because my friends were loud voices. So I'm waiting my less to finish then I'll move to another place ..
