My friend had one in his bathroom vent and they said it wasn’t anything they could do about it because it was after hours. My homegirl even had rats in the wall in the 4x4s the living conditions was bad I had a hole in my ceiling and they never came and fixed it so every time it rained my whole floor was soaked and they didn’t care
