  So far this place responds more quickly than in OK to maintenance requests. Luis and his co worker are nice, sweet and informative of what needs to be done. 😄 Also Kris Williams the leasing mgr has been wonderful as well and responds fast to issues. Only been here since July 2026, but so far this place is so much better than in Oklahoma. Thanx guys 😁

  For the love of god, and your mental health, DON’T DO IT!!! I honestly do not see how these apartments haven’t been condemned by the city! The absolute most DISGUSTING place I have ever lived in my entire life!! Infested beyond belief. So much so that I couldn’t store ANYTHING in my kitchen cabinets & drawers. I was using commercial pest control & that didn’t even work! I was literally using the EXACT SAME products as their “pest control” (if you want to call them that) staff. The AC units are extremely old & do not work well. Office staff was rarely actually in the office. Maintenance takes eternity to do anything!! And, they will alter your lease w/o notifying you!! These apts are NOT worth the price, your sanity or livelihood!!
