  100/10 would recommend! I just renewed my lease and have now lived at Mojud Lofts for 14 months, and I seriously cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem in Greensboro. When I was apartment hunting, I had my heart set on an industrial loft. I originally toured Revolution Mill, but they didn't have the floor plan I wanted anymore and referred me to Mojud. I'm so glad they did because it's been the perfect fit. The property management team, Meagan and Carisa, are amazing/exceptional. They're always friendly, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The property is safe, quiet, and CLEAN. The gym and pool are both really nice and are hardly ever crowded. I live in a Judson, and I absolutely love it. Renewing my lease was an easy decision!

  Having lived here for over two years, this is by far the best apartment I've lived in. Apartments are comfortable, well designed, and have an amazing industrial look with plenty of natural light. Amenities are very well maintained and get a fair amount of use. Im a big fan of the gym (which is great especially for an apartment), pool, and central common room with hot chocolate machine. The people are extremely kind. I've made a good number of friends living here. Plainly, I'm sad to leave. I'd be wrong not to mention Carrisa and Meagen, who are by far the best building managers I've ever interacted with. If you're looking for a place to live, you will not go wrong here.

  I lived here for almost two years and have nothing but positive things to say. The management team is friendly and always helpful, maintenance requests were usually handled quickly, and the on-site gym and pool are great amenities. The apartments are clean and well maintained, and I always felt welcomed during my time here. I would definitely recommend Mojud Lofts to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  Really enjoyed staying here. Love all the amenities they offer. Up to date gym, ev charging, salt water pool. Also enjoyed the community activities they offer . Loved this place the staff is wonderful. Will really miss my apt

  Meagan and Carisa are the absolute best! Choosing Mojud felt right from start to finish. Meagan made communication and apt selection a breeze. Once I was moved in and settled I was able to meet Carisa while she came around with a cart full of goodies and treats just to introduce herself and make a connection 🤩 The staff is also so nice and respectful. I have lived here for more than a year and happy to call mojud home. Thank you to Carissa and Meagan your work is constantly seen and appreciated Sincerely one happy resident 🤗
