  I do not recommend living here. This apartment complex is very old and absolutely not worth the amount they charge for rent. One of the biggest issues is the roach problem. I’ve seen large roaches, and for the pest control fee they charge, I expected much better. I truly regret moving here and wish I had never signed the lease. Another terrible experience was having my car towed in the middle of the night without any warning because it was parked slightly over the line in an otherwise empty parking space. Ever since then, I wake up every morning worried that my car is gone. It’s been a very stressful experience. The trash area constantly smells awful, and there are times when residents have to take the trash themselves, making the trash fee feel like a waste of money. Overall, this has been a very disappointing place to live. Between the roaches, the towing, the unpleasant trash situation, and the high rent for such an old property, I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve only been living here for 2 months, and it has been a complete disaster. My car was broken into, and some of my valuables were stolen. Every time I’ve tried to contact the office, nobody answers the phone, and the office often seems to be closed when I need help. I have contacted a lawyer, and I’ll be letting my lawyer and the police handle this situation since I don’t feel like management here sucks. For the amount of rent they charge, the quality of this apartment complex and the lack of support are unacceptable. I can’t wait to move out. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE.

  I have never been this depressed living in an apartment complex. My experience here has been awful from the beginning. The office staff have been rude and unhelpful whenever I’ve had an issue😐. My packages have gone missing multiple times, and I also discovered that money went missing from my apartment, which made me feel completely unsafe. For the amount of money you pay, you deserve to feel respected and secure, and I have not felt that way living here. I honestly cannot wait to move out. If you’re considering this place, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would choose Legacy at Friendly Manor instead. It’s only about five minutes away, around the same price, and in my opinion it’s 100 times better. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here.
