Hopefully, I’ll be approved for this complex. I love the area and the nature, and it looks very peaceful here. I’m really looking forward to hopefully living here!
- TTTURKBISHJun 1, 20261.0STAY FAR AWAY! Resident here for years and sadly, this will be my last year. I have had it and at my wits-end on living here at this point. I’m tired of the maintenance and the excuses for why things aren’t done. You get blamed for NEEDING maintenance. I mentioned how I had dry rotting after maintenance came to “fix” something before and was blamed for it for trying to fix it because maintenance never came back like they said they would. Then got threatened to be charged for trying to maintain my own space. The amenities are never open for public consumption/use. Laundry facility sucks, the crime rate terrible in the area and break ins in neighborhood and there are no security cameras to keep you feeling safe. They’ll beg you for rent but lack the availability in office and consistency in helping maintain things. They barely answer the phone at the office.
