- NNNAug 7, 20261.0The reason I'm giving one star is because if you give five stars or good review you get money taken off your first month's rent or a deal. The apartments themselves are okay they're very old and outdated. Depending on if it's summer or winter you lose a lot of money on your heat and or AC bill. For my one-bedroom average was 150 to 200 and it stayed super hot or super cold. The maintenance is okay they do the best that they can do. Fatima's wonderful and kind, Celeste should not even be in that office she's very rude and needs to learn how to choose her wording. They will suck you in in the beginning with your tours and getting your money in the beginning just always remember that. These Google reviews are not what they seem you should actually live in the community itself to figure out yourself how it is. The tour doesn't mean Jack, it's living here afterwards
