  Oh boy I would avoid this place at all costs, I used to live here years back but they switched management since. This is an operation that condones thievery, the sales agent Kayla will tell you one thing and then the assistant manager Koraima will tell you another. After they rob you of your funds without authorization, they stop communication with you all together

  Very worst management and stealing money from people and I had move out charge of 1600 which is not reasonable and I have stayed 3 years

  We’ve been at Hayleigh Village for a short time and have no complaints! The staff is hard working and eager to meet the needs of the tenants. The office staff stays in constant communication and the field team (maintenance) are quick to resolve requests and answer questions. Very child friendly! And dog friendly!

  I worked with Rachel, very friendly from the beginning. Answered my calls promptly, it didn't take long to see the apartment I wanted. They told me the price upfront . I was surprised that there is a monthly maintenance fee, I wasn't told about. That's why I gave 4 stars. It's not a lot at all so no biggie. I have extenuating circumstances and they were willing to work with me. Their club house is very nice. Very nice amenities, gated entrance and the neighborhood is nice. Nice dining and shopping mall literally 5 minutes from them, Starbucks, target, homegoods, Marshall's; Indian, Italian, Japanese sushi, Mexican restaurant. Grocery store, car wash, Aldi literally 5 minutes down the street awesome location. They even have a doctors office across the office.......
