  The office staff is so warm and knowledgeable that it makes the decision to move here so easy! Jacob, Sarah, and Lacy have the best smile and even better personalities. And the amenities are insane!! Cant wait to become a resident

  The leasing office personnel are way beyond 5 star. No matter the questions that we had about leasing, move in date, issues about signing into pay monthly fees Jacob and Sara were friendly knowledgeable and there with no judgment. The apartment is great and I know that the next year will be a great learning experience. Thank you City View.

  I’ve lived at City View since 2016, and overall it has been a really positive experience. Jeanne, Sarah, Jacob, and Laci in the office are always kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about the residents. Seeing changes in the office staff and management over the years, this team is by far the best. The maintenance team is great. Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. A special shoutout to Paco, he’s my favorite! He has been here for a while and is always so friendly and helpful. I have always felt safe living here which is super important. The gym is great—never crowded and kept clean. The office space is great to utilize if you work from home or just need a change of scenery to get some work done and the free coffee is a plus!! Overall, City View has been a great place to live. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!

  My kids lived here for one year, and I highly recommend this community! The management team is incredibly responsive, and any maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The amenities, especially the gym and the pool, are always kept exceptionally clean. Plus, the location is perfect—it's walkable to grocery stores, closer to the college and great local cafes.
