  There are some improvements that can be made but I’ll start with the positives -location -secure (when the gates work) -views (depends on apartment location) Improvements that can be made -parking. if you have more than 1 vehicle or have frequent visitors, reconsider. -as other reviews have stated the water SMELLS. It’s so embarrassing if you have guest. -another review spoke on this, one bedroom apartments do NOT have good air circulation. Your bedroom will be considerably warmer than the rest of the apartment. -the gates are broken quite a bit. Side note, the valet trash guy is amazing and comes as he should!

  The location is great and the apartments themselves are decent. However, there are several issues. The water frequently has a strong unpleasant odor, especially if you return after being away for a few days—it can smell like a sewer. Communication with management is also frustrating, as emails often go unanswered or responses are delayed and sometimes misleading. At move-out, the charges can be surprisingly high. Additionally, there is no online option to pay dues after moving out, and getting information from management can be difficult. While the location is a big plus, improvements in water quality, communication, and the move-out process would make a significant difference

  My move in and application process was completely seamless. The team was very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress free. The amenities are also amazing! I’m very happy with my decision to live here!

  The women who works the front desk and answers the phone is so rude. She is very demeaning and makes me feel unwelcome. I am leaving this review under a non personal gmail account because the leasing office lady’s are very petty. I would not recommend living here due to some horrible experiences I’ve had with the leasing office lady’s. As nice as the building is it’s not worth being disrespected by a bunch of rude snarky petty women. FYI Dawn is also horrible to work with.
