  There are some improvements that can be made but I’ll start with the positives -location -secure (when the gates work) -views (depends on apartment location) Improvements that can be made -parking. if you have more than 1 vehicle or have frequent visitors, reconsider. -as other reviews have stated the water SMELLS. It’s so embarrassing if you have guest. -another review spoke on this, one bedroom apartments do NOT have good air circulation. Your bedroom will be considerably warmer than the rest of the apartment. -the gates are broken quite a bit. Side note, the valet trash guy is amazing and comes as he should!

  The nicest and most modern living space in downtown Greensboro with privacy, security and location. Walk to everything within blocks and all of downtown at your fingertips from shopping, groceries, and restaurants too many to name. Then come home to the most secure private parking or secure key fob entry for care free living in your beautiful modern apartment. We could not be happier here and recommend it to all ages.

  I moved in at Carroll at Bellemeade in December 2023. It was a very smooth process. Caleb was the first to assist me, followed by Dawn. Both of them were great and very helpful. Kaitlyn was also very nice and accommodating. Upon my arrival, Dawn was very helpful and she made sure that I got everything I need to get settled. She gave me clear instructions and showed me the property. They were also very accommodating to my movers. This is a very nice community and comfortable to live in. I'm close to work and close to Downtown. There is a also an auto shop nearby where you can get your car inspection. It's just outside the apartment complex. It's a very clean complex and has a lot of amenities. Their maintenance guy, Michael, is also very helpful. When you make a request, they address them with haste and satisfactory. One time, somebody illegally parked at my spot and I was worried because it was after office hours. I reached out to the management right away and Dawn responded and addressed the problem. I can say, this is a highly recommended community and the staff are all very nice and helpful. UPDATE (11/01/2024) Sadly, I'm leaving this property soon, but to clarify, I have no bad reasons to move out. I wish I could stay here, but circumstances made me move out. My stay here had been super awesome. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are nice. I like having the on-site maintenance. It makes your life easier. It's a nice community. I would recommend this place. Perhaps I could come back in the future. We'll see. Until then, a huge thanks to Dawn, Kaitlyn, and the rest of the team. Dawn has always been nice and helpful since the moment I moved in until now. She's not like the other property managers I've experienced here in Greensboro.
