  Battleground North Apartments has serious issues. I moved out in April of 2026 and got my deposit back, but 4 months later the email me saying we owe them money from a pet we never had. Our A/C was leaking and was puddling under the flooring and went through the wall in the bathroom which molded under the floor and through the wall. They tried drying out the floor, but never fixed the wall. Now they are saying the damage was caused by a pet and we need to pay them. I don't believe you can give someone their deposit back and then come after them months later for "damages" you say are from something that was never there. I have reached out to their corporate office, but this management chain seems to have bad reviews around the board.

  Just moved in on Saturday. The moving was an easy process and everyone was really nice . Shot out to maintenance for a quick response and very nice . Loving my apartment!

  I had great experience and great time finding out about Battleground North. Ms. Reilly was a great host and very knowledgeable It did not feel like she was trying to sell me on the property, but more of providing the information I would need so I could make an informed decision. Keep up the good work. Thanks TR
