  The current maintenance team here is great. I called in a request on a Saturday and Christian called me back in less than a minute to come out and fix the problem. Christian was Professional, friendly, quick and efficient. He solved the problem and he gave a detailed synopsis on what he did to fix the issue as well. He even did a courtesy air filter change, without even having to ask him to. With being a renter this is the quality and service that you look for and I have found that here at Battleground North. Thanks Christian!

  Battleground North Apartments has serious issues. I moved out in April of 2026 and got my deposit back, but 4 months later the email me saying we owe them money from a pet we never had. Our A/C was leaking and was puddling under the flooring and went through the wall in the bathroom which molded under the floor and through the wall. They tried drying out the floor, but never fixed the wall. Now they are saying the damage was caused by a pet and we need to pay them. I don't believe you can give someone their deposit back and then come after them months later for "damages" you say are from something that was never there. I have reached out to their corporate office, but this management chain seems to have bad reviews around the board.
