  Has been a horrible experience thus far, just moved into one of their properties last week. Prior to signing a lease there was a strong order smell in the garage, I put in work orders and was assured the smell would be taking care of prior to moving in. However that didn’t happen. Now me and my husband are having to spend money to get the garage professionally cleaned because they didn’t, and told me I’m renting the property as is. Currently I put in a work order on Sunday 6/21 because the garage isn’t working, it’s literally stuck open. I received a message today that someone was on there way to fix the garage however, I’m just now finding out that no one is coming to fix the garage and the work order that was put in on Sunday was just sent to an outside vendor. ( see pics) This experience has been the worse I’ve ever experienced since renting. SMH

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not rent from them. Their customer care is absolute trash. I’ve waited 6 days to speak with a manager on an issue and when someone finally got back to me they sent me an email and closed my case without calling me or hearing my response. I’m so disappointed with this rental company. The only good thing is their maintenance team. Absolutely terrible. EDIT: changing my review to 3 stars instead because once this review was made someone finally helped me. I’m hoping in the future I can get a direct answer instead of waiting over a week and taking it to this extent for it to be resolved/have my questions answered. I appreciate Bryan and Justin for their assistance.

  Eli was wonderful! Very efficient and respectful. Completed our work order quickly and he was nice enough to stay quiet enough for our baby to stay asleep! Thank you, Eli!

  I live in one of their homes and our AC went out. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and put in a hotel for the first night. The ac was working the next day but was going to take a few hours to cool the home from 99 degree and they put us in a hotel for that night too! I really appreciate them for going above and beyond for my family 💓💓💓💓 Pedro was awesome with fixing the unit and even changed a few filters just in case! Thanks!!
