  Progress Residential's service is pretty much crap after living here for 3 years. Last summer we discovered there snake den under a bush which was directly in front of the house. The summer this year just began and we discover new snake(s) utilizing the bush so we requested it be removed just like we did last summer since we have 2 young toddlers at home. Progress residential refused to remove the bush, because their snake infested bush is more important than the safety of the families that pay rent in order to pad the bottom line and cash flows of their REIT. Avoid this real estate management company/trust if at all possible, they're 100% in cost cutting mode and refuse to be reasonable with their residents. SMD

  We recently moved out of a home managed by "Progress Residential" Early and had a very disappointing experience regarding move-out charges. We fully acknowledged responsibility for a paint issue caused by touch-up paint we attempted to use on a few wall scuffs before move-out. We accepted the repainting charge associated with that. However, we were also charged for multiple additional items that we strongly dispute, including heavy cleaning charges, carpet cleaning, debris removal, and other damages that we do not believe were caused during our tenancy. What was especially frustrating was seeing photos included in their response that appeared to include pre-existing wear, general turnover items, and conditions we do not believe should have been attributed to us. We also paid hundreds of dollars for professional cleaning before turning over the property. To their credit, they did remove some charges after we disputed them, which tells us there were at least some questionable items in the original assessment. However, they later stated they would not conduct any further review despite our concerns regarding pre-existing conditions and documentation. My advice to anyone renting from "Progress Residential" - Take extremely detailed move-in and move-out photos and videos of EVERYTHING. - Document every wall, door, appliance, carpet area, and filter. - Keep all cleaning receipts. - Request copies of your move-in inspection immediately and save them permanently. - Do not assume ordinary wear and tear will automatically be treated fairly. We are currently seeking legal guidance regarding the remaining disputed charges. Very disappointing experience overall because we tried to handle everything honestly and professionally throughout the process. We specifically rented from them because they came highly rated but clearly that was a mistake.

  Mr Renato was amazing and so knowledgeable!! He even helped me find out how to save money on batteries by giving a rechargeable system that was cheap and great! He was friendly and so helpful!!! Thank you and he is worth a million dollars!!

  Clarence and Larse were some of the best technicians I've probably ever been graced with as far as home repair goes. They were ridiculously polite and helpful; I was genuinely blown away. So kind, so polite, so easy to talk to. I will be emphatically requesting these two for any future repairs. Would highly recommend to any other renter!
