  Don't ever live here. They may be cheaper than other places, but they will steal your deposit and never do any of the repairs. The apartment needs and they will also contact you 5 years after you've moved out saying you owe a ton of money even though you owe no money when you left. Terrible people, terrible service and they all probably deserve to be on the streets instead of taking care of people's living arrangements

  Just got a call from a debt collector asking for 600 bucks from when I lived here 5 years ago. I broke the lease and left them my security deposit but only stayed in the unit for 8 months. They decided to tack on a 50 dollar damage fee as well as other miscellaneous fees I don’t know about. Neither Bryan woods nor the debt collector want to give me an itemized breakdown unless I submit a request in writing. Scummy business practice make sure to walk the unit with them before you leave

  Hello I wanted to know if this place is easy to get accepted to? Me and my fiancé are looking to get our first apartment but we are scared we won’t be accepted for this one, are they willing to work with us to help us be able to live here?

  When I first met Tammy, she was very friendly and polite. She gave us a tour and all the pricing information. we decided to make Bryan Woods our home. The move-in process was very seamless. All of the information was online and the walk through was quick and easy. Janet is amazing. She has the maintenance guy (John) fixed the the A/C drip line right away as she noticed during the walk through. Before we move in, it was fixed. The Management team make you feel welcome and it is a wonderful community. Cherie M.
