  We initially visited from Burlington, NC, not realizing that an appointment was required. A gentleman named Zach greeted my family and me at the model home and explained that he had another appointment scheduled and would not have time to meet with us that day. We completely understood since we did not have an appointment. A couple of months later, we decided to return with our realtor and scheduled an appointment to meet with Zach. On the morning of the appointment, he met us at the door. I explained that we were looking to move closer to our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Zach explained the steps involved in building a home in Kiplinger Village, provided pricing, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I thanked him for his time, and we went on to two additional appointments to see what other builders had to offer. After the second appointment, I knew I wanted to move forward with Ryan Homes. We returned and met with Zach, who was able to meet with us again before his next appointment. By the second visit with Zach, we were sold and placed a deposit. Zach is very knowledgeable about Ryan Homes and does an excellent job working with clients. I highly recommend Zach and am truly looking forward to working with him until the house is completed and we move in. I hope the project manager will be just as wonderful as Zach.

  We just signed a contract on our new home working with Zach! Couldn’t be more pleased on how easy Zach made this process! He answered all our questions with detail, patience, and a friendly attitude! He is very knowledgeable and easy to build a positive rapport with. Zach truly seems pleased to help owners feel Comfortable and happy with their decisions!

  Nick at Ryan Homes all the warranty department are excellent. Prompt at responding to any requests to correct any problems. Would definitely recommend purchasing a Ryan home.

  I had a first-time home buyer who was looking for a home in Fuquay Varina. I showed them a few resales and a few new construction neighborhoods. Luckily, Kipling Village was one of them. I was able to schedule a meeting with my client and Zach Dilday. From the time we walked in, Zach was very professional and explained everything in such a manner that made my buyer confident to move forward with a contract. Zach sat down with us and thoroughly explained all the details to us. There were no surprises and the process was very smooth with Zach. I have worked with many buyers on new construction but this one has been the smoothest yet and I feel it was due to having Zach be a part of our team for this transaction. I greatly appreciated all his knowledge about Ryan Homes and the building process. Hope to bring another buyer to work with Zach soon!

  Purchasing my new home was an exciting process, even though I was a little nervous at times. Zach Dilday went above and beyond to ease my mind every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very experienced, and he even helped choose the perfect lot for me. His guidance made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
