  Michelle at Providence Oaks is the real deal. We came in with a lot of questions and left with real answers — full pricing breakdowns, honest timeline expectations, lot comparisons, and zero pressure. She knows this community inside and out and clearly cares about making sure buyers find the right fit, not just any fit. The Pulte product speaks for itself — quality construction, a strong warranty, and an HOA package that actually delivers value. But it’s Michelle’s approach that sets this experience apart. Highly recommend making the trip out to see Providence Oaks if you’re building in the Raleigh area.

  We had a great experience with Pulte Homes throughout our home-buying journey. From the very beginning, Amy was absolutely outstanding. She made us feel confident that owning a home here was possible and guided us through every step with patience, transparency, and professionalism. She was always responsive, proactive, and truly cared about helping us make the right decisions. Also, appreciate Buc, the Construction Manager, for ensuring everything was well handled.   I bought a brand-new home from Pulte and it’s been one of the most stressful, disappointing experiences of my life. Within weeks of moving in, I was dealing with flooding inside the house. Yes, actual flooding in a brand-new home. Water seeping into the floor, the ceiling below it, even shorting out electrical outlets. No exaggeration: I had to bring in industrial blowers and dehumidifiers just to avoid mold. And that’s just the beginning. The attic has visible structural issues: cracked beams, loose trusses, improperly connected supports. The HVAC system? A joke. Some rooms barely get any airflow while others feel like a sauna. The ductwork was visibly leaking, and they still refused to do the proper testing. Stairs creak, doors don’t latch, locks don’t work, outlets are dead, and light switches are miswired. One switch setup was so poorly done that I injured myself falling in the dark. Worst part? The customer service is a runaround. Delays, excuses, and radio silence. You’re basically on your own once you close. This isn’t just about small cosmetic defects, this is about serious issues that affect your safety, comfort, and wallet. The kind of stuff that makes you wonder how this even passed inspection. If you’re reading this and considering Pulte: hire your own inspector, record everything, and don’t assume anything will be done right. Honestly, if I could go back, I would’ve run the other way
