Tera Gardens Apartments is a 120 unit multi-family complex located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with a laundry facility located on the property. All of our apartments are smoke free and are subsidized under the section 8 Program through the US Department of HUD. Tera Gardens is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, places of worship, and the Fayetteville Transit Authority bus route. Our community room offers a Neighborhood Network Center that allows residents free internet access.
