  This so-called manager is probably one of the worst human beings. If there was one, every time you call, she has an attitude. She's never pleasant, she's never friendly. She always has a mouthful of food. Every time you visit the office, she is always chomping on food. And I swear she always smells like onions. No joke she doesn't get the job done. She just sits in her office all day doing nothing, the maintenance man looks like he's a 100 years old. Can barely move. He doesn't get anything done. You ask a 100 × 2 get things fixed, nothing can get fixed. When you call and you want something fixed and you're angry because you can't have the things fixed that you've called about multiple times they come at you because you have an attitude. I called, she answered, and then immediately. I moved here, thinking this was a good community. A private gated community, and now I look at it and the gates have been removed. No, telling when they're gonna be put back if they're gonna be put back. And I don't even know what to think about that. In my honest opinion, if I were you, I would not move to this place. Not to mention they raise the rent like crazy every year like clock work. They are money hungry greedy vultures that dont care about you or your place just the money you pay. And......for what you pay they should be cutting the yards!!!! They do not do a damn thing in this complex. Nothing. Right now they're just sitting in that office watching their phones. DOING NOTHING!!! IM not the only one that feels this way. THERE WILL BE A PETITION GOING AROUND TO GET HER FIRED!!!

  This is NOT a campground, it is a residential mobile home park, you own the mobile home, you rent the lot

  A friend stays there it's a gated community Mobile Home Park and it looks like it's well-kept up
