  We recently bought a home with them and Henry was the one that helped out in every step. So big shout out to him. He made the process easy and still to this day he is keeping touch with us about every step. So highly recommend for you to ask for him. He will get your perfect home for you.Prior to him we looked at 8 different mobile home companies and this one made us feel special not just another customer. So thank you guys again

  I've been looking into the home buying process for a while..toured many homes, locations, retailers, spoke to multiple realtors and even been here a few times in the past 'just to look'. A month or two ago I was looking on FB for "land home packages " and somehow I came across Henry Stedman, so I reached out to inquire. Since that first contact I never felt pressured to sign the dotted line lol as most salesmen would have you do. Every question I had was answered, no matter how many I had. I told Henry what I was looking for and he continued to reach out, check in, inform me of properties and possible quotes etc. Henry's knowledge, customer service, thoroughness and responsiveness is top notch. If you're looking for a business partner who is willing to go above and beyond without pressuring you into something that is only beneficial for them....come on down to Oakwood Homes and ask for Henry Stedman, you will not be disappointed .

  Henry is fantastic! He helped us look through maaaany options before we ever even sat down with him! He helped us find the home we’ve been dreaming about for the last 2 years and has been a rock star this whole time through a lot of hurdles!

  Brett Milligan is an amazing sales rep! He was very knowledgeable and informational. He explained everything in great detail as far as the homes and the difference as well as the loans that are offered. Excellent sales rep!
