  ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! I have been seeing roaches since my first day moving in. Since then they have sprayed twice and last week I saw 4 LIVE roaches crawling around my apartment. They had a guy come out and inspect and said there were “no signs of infestation.” They are “water bugs not roaches,” said the leasing agent. Let’s be very clear, just because southerners slap a cutesy name on a bug does not mean that it is not a Smokey-brown COCKROACH. My neighbors say that they’ve continually dealt with roaches since moving in last year and even witnessed one “fall from the ceiling” out of the air vent. “We live in a crappy county,” said Terrance. A county that doesn’t see 4 roaches in one week as an issue or a reasonable amount to make someone feel unsafe and uncomfortable. My options are either suck it up or pay to leave because they don’t see it as extreme enough measures. They will not let you release your lease for your “discomfort” and according to the leasing agent it is “normal to see a few here and there in this area.” Also, when I first moved in the same leasing agent guaranteed me that there were no roach issues in this unit. If Terrance says, “there is not a pest issue in this building,” you cannot trust him. My neighbors said they have been requesting sprays the entire year they've been here, so clearly I was lied to. The price is not worth the perpetual anxiety of never knowing what’s crawling and creeping around the corner. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I will be breaking my lease due to this issue because I refuse to live with bugs.

  DONT MOVE HERE! We’ve had maintenance come spray for the roaches since we first moved in and nothing has helped! I’ve even bought my own products and nothing is working! They know these apartments have roaches and they don’t care this is the worst place to stay honestly!

  Not worth it. The units have been updated nicely however, they have a German roach problem in their units. It’s 2026 nobody wants to live with roaches. They tried putting me in one unit and I noticed my first night there it had a German roach infestation and demanded a new unit. I moved into another one and it had a roach problem just like the first one. German roaches carry diseases and it’s disgusting having them crawl all over your things. Also if you’re military don’t do it. I was promised I’d get military discount on my rent but they never fulfilled that promise. I didn’t receive it not once. Also, I’m in 82nd airborne where we can deploy anywhere in the world within 18 hours of an order. I found out I was deploying and no I didn’t give them a 30 day notice but that’s because I was not given a 30 day notice. I found out I was deploying and had exactly 10 days to get prepared. They still charged me an entire month’s rent even though I was gone on the 10th. Residents leave trash piled up in the building and the hallways are always infested with different kinds of bugs. In the end it’s just not worth it. They’re garbage !!! Look elsewhere !!
