  DONT MOVE HERE! We’ve had maintenance come spray for the roaches since we first moved in and nothing has helped! I’ve even bought my own products and nothing is working! They know these apartments have roaches and they don’t care this is the worst place to stay honestly!

  Not worth it. The units have been updated nicely however, they have a German roach problem in their units. It’s 2026 nobody wants to live with roaches. They tried putting me in one unit and I noticed my first night there it had a German roach infestation and demanded a new unit. I moved into another one and it had a roach problem just like the first one. German roaches carry diseases and it’s disgusting having them crawl all over your things. Also if you’re military don’t do it. I was promised I’d get military discount on my rent but they never fulfilled that promise. I didn’t receive it not once. Also, I’m in 82nd airborne where we can deploy anywhere in the world within 18 hours of an order. I found out I was deploying and no I didn’t give them a 30 day notice but that’s because I was not given a 30 day notice. I found out I was deploying and had exactly 10 days to get prepared. They still charged me an entire month’s rent even though I was gone on the 10th. Residents leave trash piled up in the building and the hallways are always infested with different kinds of bugs. In the end it’s just not worth it. They’re garbage !!! Look elsewhere !!

  Living here has been a great experience overall. Paul and his maintenance team are fast, efficient, and always helpful. The front office—Alicia, Camress, and Latavia—are friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. A few small areas for improvement, but the staff truly makes this place feel like home.
