  I moved into this apartment on September 22nd, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing from the beginning. Within my first few days, I started experiencing pest issues, and I have now seen pests **every single day that I have lived here.I have only been here for 8 days, yet this has already become a major issue and has made me uncomfortable in my own home. I did not move into an apartment expecting to immediately deal with ongoing pest problems.Because of the situation, I have been trying to terminate my lease and receive a refund, but the process has been extremely difficult and frustrating. Instead of feeling like my concerns are being taken seriously, I feel like I am having to fight just to get a resolution to a problem that started almost immediately after moving in.I would not recommend this property to anyone considering moving here based on my experience so far. I strongly encourage anyone thinking about renting here to do their research, ask detailed questions about pest history and treatment, I’m so mad j and irritated about the whole situation & I hate that I moved here to begin !

  I lived in this complex over the last year, the location was convenient and our unit had been newly renovated inside so everything seemed nice. But our experience with property management and delayed maintenance caused us to move. The main issue we had was with our A/C during the summer. The A/C would run non-stop to barely keep the apartment at 78–80°F. After bugging them for weeks the property manager came with maintenance to evaluate the unit and told me it was “one of the most efficient A/C units in the whole complex” and that “this is normal for second-floor apartments.” Since moving to a top-floor apartment at a different complex, our AC works great and our utility bills have been much cheaper. Unfortunately, delayed maintenance was a common occurrence at Henley; we waited weeks/months for maintenance on our HVAC, ceiling leaks, CO detector replacement, kitchen faucets, etc. They also never got the pool open; it just looked green and gross all summer. Overall, the complex has potential, but property management and maintenance seem happy to let it all deteriorate.

  I came in the morning to have a tour and had the best experience with Arlene. She answered all our questions, was very transparent, and helpful with any questions we had.
