  Maintenance doesn’t show up for weeks under new management. They don’t address health concerns such as mold and mildew or simply spray paint over it. If you reach out to leasing office the common answer is there’s nothing they can due wouldn’t recommend you waste your hard earned money here

  I would not recommend living here. If you ever go through a financial hardship and need a few extra days to pay rent, there is absolutely no understanding or flexibility. Instead, they move straight toward eviction. In my experience, communication felt misleading and unfair. They claimed eviction filings were already in process, but timelines didn’t always add up, and payments were rejected in ways that made it seem like tenants were unwilling to pay when that wasn’t the case. There are also serious concerns about how residents are treated. I witnessed situations where tenants were accused of lease violations, like smoking, without clear proof even in cases where the person hadn’t even been in the unit. Meanwhile, maintenance staff openly smoke around the property despite it being labeled a non-smoking community. Overall, management comes across as aggressive and unsympathetic. Most communication feels like threats rather than attempts to work with residents. If you value fairness, transparency, and basic respect from management, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
