- AJAngel JonesApr 23, 20263.0I would like to start off with we had Darnell and Mrs Elizabeth and we appreciate them so much with the home buying process and keeping us updated on everything! But I would also like to say we a very dissatisfied with the contractors work! When we did a work through my husband and I noticed the trim in some places are falling of Mrs Elizabeth wrote that down in her book and said someone will be contacting us and we haven't talked to anyone yet. we also put the pics in the app the outside trim is completely falling off and can see underneath it on the outside! Also on top of that light fixture missing they forgot to put it in! we put everything in the app to be fix and nothing has been done and we only been in our home 3months and I dont think in the 3 months we been in our home we should be fixing anything yet.we should be enjoying or home not worrying about fixing the siding and the trimming and everything else because we work way to hard to make our dream home we are just not happy with how things have been handled
