  0/10 this is the nastiest apartment that i’ve ever lived in. the roach problem is insane YOU PAY FOR PEST CONTROL AND THEY NEVER COME. i’ve lived here for 2 years they came 4 times!!! i’ve witnessed people move out of units and maintenance will come remove whatever remains are left behind the day prior to someone new moving in, no cleaning is actually done. The units are so small for the price it’s actually a joke. something’s always wrong with the A/C.the pool is never cleaned. all types or cracks unfilled spaces everywhere. overall just find somewhere else

  I would rate this a darn 0!!!! I regret ever moving here! This place a a dump! The owner should be ashamed of themselves! Roaches literally everywhere, one was on my freaking bed tonight! Wth! I'm tired of this crap! The whole buildings should be shut down! I will be reporting them and I will keep reporting them! Paying high price to live in a roach environment, if I wanted that, I mind as well live in a roach motel with them! I actually thought to give this place a try but I regret it! Do not move here! They don't answer ur phones! They are always telling u put it in the portal, um why? Yall need to get rid of this roach problem! I've seen maintenance ppl at other apartments take better care of yards and porches than this! Not enough ppl, I wonder why, bc yall suck! The apartments are trash! Again I will keep reporting u guys over and over til u guys get shut down! U guys do not care about us! We pay for the pest ppl well it should be every 2 times a week put stuff in the grounds! The are coming from under light/plug switches and cracks. Worst apartments ever! I also want to say the laundry room, the beeping for the fire thing is against the law! And I will be reporting that! There's been trash there for weeks and clothes. The whole complex is nv ppl out there keeping the community clean! I've seen other apartments such as someone I know that stay at a different one, they are constantly everyday cleaning the yards and keeping it maintained. The bushes near the steps should be further back! As to summer bees and pollen! This apartment and owner is a poor lazy human of a being! They don't care at all! Need light around the laundry walk way, its creepy and dark! To do laundry cost a lot! Should be 1.50 the fact it doesn't wash or dry good! Do ur self a favor stay away from this apartment! U can find a better one who actually cares! To get rid of roaches! Everything else! Ppl who care about their tenants!

  I have been a resident here for less than a month and have experienced multiple concerns since move-in. There has been ongoing roach activity in my unit, including German cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I have documented multiple live sightings as well as droppings. I emailed management twice regarding the pest issue and did not receive a direct response addressing my unit. A general email was later sent to residents stating that maintenance is currently understaffed and that pest control requests are being handled in order of submission, but no specific treatment date or resolution was provided. In contrast, management has consistently responded to my emails regarding repeated late-night noise disturbances from the unit below me, which have occurred between approximately 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. I was advised to contact law enforcement rather than having the matter handled internally. The unit did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to move-in, as the windows and screens were visibly dirty. Additionally, the amenities do not reflect the condition shown in online marketing materials. The playground equipment has damaged areas, and the dog park and common grounds are not consistently maintained. Animal waste is frequently left throughout the property, including walking areas. For the rent being charged, I expected a clean, properly maintained, and professionally managed environment. I hope these issues are addressed promptly for the benefit of current and future residents.

  Dont waste your time. The only time the people in the front office will ever be helpful or nice is when they’re trying to get you to sign a lease with them, after that the attitudes reflect their true colors. The maintenance staff are the nicer ones around here. Roaches everywhereee and they tell you pest control is handling it. Nope. Don’t answer the office phones either, another tenant here left a review and got a comment back saying to give them a call and they called multiple times and got no answer or a call back lol a few people got robbed out here a week ago so definitely feels unsafe now. Don’t waste your money here.
