  Que barbaridad como es posible que en un complejo de apt pidan tanto dinero por arrendarte un apt y Aviten cucarachas y alla una gran mala gestión de mantenimiento 👨‍🔧 esto es es reprochable deveria mantener limpio 🧼 en revisión a menudo para dar a sus inquilinos una buena imagen que la Jente able vien de el lugar pero bueno por su mala manera de manejar el lugar solo malos comentarios tenéis

  My mom moved in a year ago and she is a very clean person. Every time I visit her, there are roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. This place needs to be condemned. The smell of roaches and mold is ridiculous. She just downgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom unit and it even has roaches. This place needs to do better. Yall charge an arm and a leg but can't afford pest control. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

  I recently stopped by Channing Apartments, and Maiasia was the one who helped me. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She answered all of my questions and gave me a great tour of the community. I also liked the clubhouse—it was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The gym is on the smaller side, but it’s clean, looks well taken care of, and being open 24/7 is a huge plus because you can work out whenever it fits your schedule. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Maiasia if you’re looking for an apartment.

  Maiasia was absolutely amazing throughout our entire process, she was able to spend everything up and was very helpful she handled everything with such grace and professionalism, the staff in office is so friendly I had a great tour.

  I’ve had a great experience living with Channing apartment homes. The office staff is always kind professional and willing to help with whatever is needed I appreciate the communication and the improvements being made around the community I’m happy to call Channing my home.
