  I recently stopped by Channing Apartments, and Maiasia was the one who helped me. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She answered all of my questions and gave me a great tour of the community. I also liked the clubhouse—it was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The gym is on the smaller side, but it’s clean, looks well taken care of, and being open 24/7 is a huge plus because you can work out whenever it fits your schedule. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Maiasia if you’re looking for an apartment.

  Maiasia was absolutely amazing throughout our entire process, she was able to spend everything up and was very helpful she handled everything with such grace and professionalism, the staff in office is so friendly I had a great tour.

  I’ve had a great experience living with Channing apartment homes. The office staff is always kind professional and willing to help with whatever is needed I appreciate the communication and the improvements being made around the community I’m happy to call Channing my home.

  terrible place to rent maintenance is terrible the office people are no help what so ever they delay on everything and the prices are not what they say terrible service staff is no help and are never hardly there to help and seem to have no clue on what or how to help residents i went from one bad apartment to another apartment with this company just very terrible place to rent
