I wanted to give a shout-out to the maintenance man . We have a lot of birds around the complex, and the breezeways can sometimes get messy with bird droppings. I brought the issue to maintenance's attention, and he responded quickly by cleaning the breezeway. What really stands out is that I often see him checking and cleaning the breezeways before heading home. It's clear that he takes pride in keeping the property clean and looking its best, and that effort is appreciated. I also want to recognize the new property manager. She is friendly, approachable, and has been great to work with. It's nice to see management and maintenance working hard to address residents' concerns and keep the community in good shape. Seriously go anywhere else. Want to sleep in? You can’t because either your upstairs neighbors throw bowling balls (or at least that’s what it sounds like) or you have gamer neighbors keeping you up all night that happens too or the lawn people show up at the crack of dawn or people have kids outside/hallways running while screaming. Be prepared for cursing, screaming and all sorts of nonsense that your children will be subjected to. Walls? Paper thin. Floors? Squeaky and loud like it’s a 1900’s haunted house. There’s a leak? They don’t replace the dry wall. Makes me wonder how much mold there is here. Want AC? Probably not working because people’s children throw rocks into the units outside or the unit is so old they don’t even make parts for it anymore. Want to park? You can’t because people have 5 cars when you have 1. Want your food cold? Buy your own fridge because the one they provide doesn’t maintain food safe temperature. Want to microwave something? You can’t because every time you try the breaker trips. Want to take a nap during the day or recovering from an illness? You can’t because again loud loose kids like to scream right outside your window. Want bugs? No problem. Your neighbors will leave their garbage out to attract them. Those same neighbors don’t seem to understand how a trash compactor works. They will also throw their fast food garbage all over the parking lots and behind garages. Want to play ball with your kids on the grass? I hope you like lots of dog poop. Want to go to the pool? It’s probably closed because of a failed inspection or you have inconsiderate neighbors blasting their crappy music louder than you can hear your thoughts. Their security cameras? Useless. Work from home? Hahahahah you can see the pattern by now, same applies if you work night shift. Also the internet provider here is horrendous and spotty. Utilities? When I moved in they were $150 per month and then it went past $300. Want to utilize the car wash station? The hose is probably broken or the water is not running or you have to pay for the vacuum. Want to take the kids to the park? Do it at your own risk. It’s dirty, rusty, the swings are so high up the kids can’t reach it and there’s no sun protection. Want to workout? No dice. There will either be people recording tiktoks while you try to workout or being so loud you cannot hear your music through your headphones. The gym is also filthy. Nice weekend in? Nope. Domestic violence and parties will keep you up all weekend. My children became so jumpy from all the noise they stopped sleeping in their own beds and trigged my child’s night terrors that were gone for years. Want to be safe? Not here. Car breakins and people trying to kick down your door will happen. Love animals? They put spikes everywhere to keep birds from making their nests. They will also threaten you if you feed the neighborhood cats that kids brought here from other areas. No steps have been taken to take the cats to a rescue. People also move and leave them behind. Contradictions galore. Fire department told us not to put anything in front of our doors yet they have door decorating contests. Make it make sense. Have a noise complaint? Has to go to non emergency police number because the apartment people will do absolutely nothing. After the police leave you best believe the noise will be even louder in retaliation. Quiet enjoyment does not exist and they do not enforce quiet hours. Want to recycle? Not here. Don’t go to Ann street recycling center either because you will get a nail in your tire. Go to I N carter location 30 minutes away. To recap your rent gives you no peace and quiet, no cleanliness, neighbors that don’t care about where they live, no safety and unusable amenities. The worst thing they did was change management companies. They raise the rent yearly and though spacious the apartments are very outdated. Close to the army range. Be prepared for loud ordinances that shake your windows.

This place was an incredible choice for my family. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The maintenance team was always prompt and reliable. If only they had the same staff as before, I would give it a perfect 5-star rating. However, since Kris and Ellie left, the current front office representative doesn’t match their previous efforts in ensuring the tenants’ well-being. The email traffic is nonexistent, and communication between the front office and me was scarce and, frankly, rude. Whenever I visit, the front desk staff is preoccupied with personal calls. It’s a complete 180 from the excellent staff we had before. I hope they either train her better or find a better representative for this apartment complex.
