I truly believe Vanguard Apartments is one of the most community centered places I’ve ever lived. A huge part of that is because of our property manager, who is not only a manager but a true leader who genuinely cares about the residents and the community. What makes Vanguard special is that it feels like the residents care too. People are willing to look out for one another, communicate, and contribute to making this a place that feels like a community not just an apartment complex. I genuinely love living here. There are always things that can be improved anywhere, but I appreciate the sense of community, the leadership, and the feeling that the people here actually care. I’m grateful to call Vanguard home. ❤️

Currently on the waiting list and can’t wait. These apartments are beautiful, especially for the price and location.
