  I lived here for two years and I'm a huge fan! Great facilities, particularly the gym. And the management and staff were always lovely. Amazon package delivery could be improved and it is a bit pricey, but overall I loved living at the Reserve

  I lived here for two years and this is a nice property with nice amenities for the most part. It is a nice area to walk around if you have a dog, given the proximity to the park and nature trail. I only had two major qualms: 1. Living on the first floor can truly be a nightmare depending on who is living above you. You can hear every step and movement of furniture vibrating through the ceiling. This past year, new folks moved in above me who literally run, jump, and slam things constantly between the hours of 12-3 a.m. I've had to resort to using two noise machines to sleep. The property managers will do absolutely nothing to help address concerns and the courtesy officer is no where to be found. 2. The packaging system needs an overhaul. I had to stop getting my non-Amazon packages delivered to the apartment because they would so frequently go missing. When they did arrive, the packaging room has been so disorganized, that I've had to spend 30 minutes sifting through packages to find them.

  Great place. Good neighborhood, affordable rent price and very responsive on-site services. Fix the oven and the door lock after placing the request within 2days with no costs. Highly recommended

  Great experience touring and moving into the Reserve at Patterson Place. Great complex. Jade (and also Devin) were super helpful as we navigated the process. Experience so far has been wonderful!
