  Jade was fantastic and made me feel welcomed above and beyond the many leasing agents of the 6 different communities I visited that day. When she first met me and asked what my must have’s were she tailored my visit to fit those needs not showing me apartments that fit the need of the community needs and I am so grateful for that. She is the best by far and I will be moving to The Reserve at Patterson Place because of her!!

  The location, staff and the amenties are nice at the place. If you are someone who can handle some occasional noise, this is a very nice community for you. Unfortunately, I had to move out when my neighbors moved in because I can hear their steps, voices, and their dog. Honestly, I don't think my neighbors are abusively making noise - it's more that the building can not isolate the noise. The staff were quite responsible but I guess this is a problem with the buildings.

  My wife and I spent two amazing years at Reserve at Patterson Place, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The apartments feel modern and well-maintained, and the property is always incredibly clean. The amenities are excellent and had everything we were looking for. If we weren’t moving out of state, we absolutely would have renewed our lease. One of the best parts of living here was the staff, they were always warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, never giving off that forced “customer service” vibe. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, though we rarely had to submit any because everything was so well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend Reserve at Patterson Place to anyone looking for a great place to live. 10/10!

  I've loved my time here - the amenities are great and the apartments are updated and well-taken care of. Also, the staff are all so kind and responsive!

  I lived here for two years and I'm a huge fan! Great facilities, particularly the gym. And the management and staff were always lovely. Amazon package delivery could be improved and it is a bit pricey, but overall I loved living at the Reserve
