  I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Jillian at Novus Apartments! She is always friendly, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Jillian makes communication easy and is always willing to go the extra mile to help us with anything we need. We truly appreciate her partnership and how smoothly she helps make the process for our residents. Thank you, Jillian, for all that you do! We highly recommend working with her and the Novus team!

  The Novus is great. Neal at the front desk made sure to welcome me when I first walked in as a prospective tenant, he immediatly directed me to Whitaker for an informative tour of the building. Neal deserves praise, and he manages all of his duties exceptionally well. Adrian at the leasing office is incredibly welcoming and makes sure to support all visitors and residents with any questions or concerns they may have. I strongly recommend anyone interested to visit The Novus and see whether or not this place could be your future home.

  Beautiful building whether renting or purchasing a condo and the best part is being greeted by NEAL at the front desk!!! He always has a smile on his face!!!

  After coming from another Durham apartment complex, I’ve haven’t looked back since moving into The Novus. This building has not disappointed with its amenities, great views, and professional staff. Add on the great current residents/community and you have a great combination. + special thank you to Adrian for making the onboarding process a seamless transition. Downtown Durham Comments: one subtle thing I’ve noticed is that The Novus seems to do a good job at deterring the downtown homeless from messing with the property (secured living spaces + parking). This may seem small, but it is a key feature I have appreciated seeing since this quality is not always a given in Downtown Durham.

  👍💯 Helped move some belongings out of an apartment at The Novus over to a dorm at Duke (they were keeping the place). The building is really nice, but the real standout was Neal at the front desk. Even though we were movers in casual clothes and it could have looked a little unusual to security or other residents, he handled everything with total professionalism and respect. He answered every question, gave us his number in case anyone stopped us, made sure we knew about the maintenance restrooms so we wouldn’t bother tenants, and just generally made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. Neal is a genuine asset to The Novus and the whole team. Highly recommend.
