  I moved here in March.. The office staff is polite and very professional. The Maintenance has answered all service requests in 24-48 hours.. Thank you so much for your assistance...The neighborhood is quiet and clean. This is a great place to move especially if you have pets. I love it here. Best decision I made.

  UPDATE FOR John E. - Maintenance Man 2ND Review: JOHN HAS DONE IT AGAIN! I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED A MAINTENANCE PERSON THAT FOLLOWS THROUGH LIKE JOHN. DUE TO ISSUES IN THE CEILING, MOISTURE BUILDUP CAUSED LEAKING TO OCCUR. JOHN SAW THE ISSUE THROUGH TO THE END! THERE WAS A GAPING HOLE THAT NEEDED TO BE CUT OUT SO THE AREA COULD BE DRIED AND REPAIRED. JOHN AND DRE THOROUGHLY CHECKED, DIAGNOSED AND SAW THROUGH WITH THE REPAIRS. JOHN EVEN CHECKED AFTERWARDS TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER MOISTURE ISSUES IN THAT LOCATION! THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO, JOHN! WE APPRECIATE YOU! (Pics have been added) 1st Review: THIS MAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was laying down around 8pm, recovering from spine surgery for the past couple of months and WHOOSH! There was water all over the bathroom floor and flooding the bathroom quickly. I moved as fast as my body would allow to grab towels and a bucket. I called the office and followed procedures for after hours emergencies. John calls me and instructed me on how to shut the water off. Not even 10 minutes later, he is at the door. He evaluated the situation and said that he could get the repair done on Monday. Mind you, it's a Saturday night and this man was in good spirits considering that his evening has been interrupted. BUT WAIT - THERE'S MORE! Today is Sunday and John calls to check on things. 10 MINUTES LATER, he is back at my door and has the piece to do the repair! Monday, where? Thank you, John! I appreciate you getting this resolved in such a short time-frame!
