  Been here for a year, I can say that I had a wonderful stay and Terrazzo was and still is THE Best apartment in Durham. I found everything I need here. Gym, yoga room, balcony, BBQ grill, pool, friendly community as well as SAFETY, everything. Everyone in the leasing team is so warmhearted and helpful. If anyone is looking for apartment in Durham, I would certainly recommend Terrazzo.

  Common areas always kept clean and tidy, staff is really nice and organize fun events for us too. Pleasure to live here.

  I’ve been living at this apartment in Durham for over two years, and it has honestly felt like home. The location is perfect since it’s very close to Duke University, which is great if you study or work there. The maintenance team is amazing, and the amenities are always kept in great condition. The people who work here are what make this place special. They’re considerate, friendly, and over time they’ve become like family to me. If price isn’t your main concern and you want a comfortable place near Duke, this apartment is an easy choice.

  When I came to Durham, 8 months ago, one of the first place I had seen was Terrazzo. I really liked and I decided to rent. Few months later, things started to change like the parking lot (full of cars without permission and so unfair if we paid for it), noise from the gym (after 10pm and around 5am) the acoustic is awful and fire alarm issues all the time. I’m considered to move out. It’s a nice place, very clean and for those who work at Duke is very convenient. Although the price is not cheap.

  Whitaker is THE BEST!!!! He was so kind and patient with us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we got the unit we wanted. Everyone was so nice - we scheduled an appointment over the phone and could see updated availability online. We came in for our appointment and signed the lease that afternoon! When we were all done with the process, Whitaker even popped a bottle for us to celebrate. If you are moving to Durham - LIVE HERE! We are so excited to move in and we appreciate the entire team for walking us through the process. Special thanks to Whitaker!
