Tried over 12 times calling and leaving messages to hoa department with no solution. Don’t buy into the hype about resort living because you will never be able to use any of the so called amenities. Total scam that we didn’t receive keys at the closing. I should have moved across the street to sweetbrier.

Pulte builds quality homes and we knew that from the start, our son has a custom Pulte home in SC. We had so many choices in Briar Creek for homes with many builders. We choose Pulte, but the lack of simple communication with the several construction managers made us feel like we didn't matter. Pulte mortgage was so stressful the last 2 weeks and it didn't have to be. We were always forthcoming with what was needed but were asked for things at the last minute that could have been provided well in advance. We would have given Pulte much higher regard if not for these shortcomings.
