  Had a very smooth and exceptional experience this past weekend. Matt Jelercic guided us through the purchase process with expertise, professionalism, patience, and flexibility. He supported our efforts to understand variations in pricing and floor plans, while helping us find what would work best for our situation. He made what could be a very stressful and complex process into a straightforward and supportive one. Further, he continues to be responsive to our follow-up questions and next steps. Hats off to Matt and the Griffin Place team. We look forward to our new home!

  As first-time homebuyers, we have had a delightful experience working with Ryan Homes. Ashley, the sales rep, is the literal sweetest. From day one, she has communicated clearly and often, keeping us informed without applying any pressure whatsoever. Honestly, I was nervous about the process of buying, but this team has made everything straightforward and genuinely fun. Plus, we are so excited about our house! It is perfectly sized, priced, and located—not at all easy to come by. The customization options are just enough to make it feel your own, but not so much that it's overwhelming (or way over the sticker price). I can't wait to call this community home and see how it continues to grow.

  We’ve had a great experience so far working with the team at Griffin Place. From the beginning, Ashley and the Ryan Homes team have been responsive, informative, and easy to work with throughout the process. As first-time new construction buyers, there were a lot of moving parts, but the team has done a good job walking us through each stage and answering our questions along the way. We’ve especially appreciated the regular construction updates and the transparency around timelines and next steps. The community itself is also a big plus — it’s growing, well-located, and we can already see the long-term value in the area. Overall, we’ve felt supported throughout the process and are excited to see our home come together.

  I’m a Realtor in the Triangle area and I have clients building in the new Griffin Place subdivision. Ashley Shaw was our on site agent and she was wonderful, from her knowledge, to explaining all the options, to connecting us with the Ryan Homes lender, she was amazing! Our builder Ethan has been just as terrific! He’s so patient, answers all our questions, and works around my clients excitement busy schedule which is so accommodating! I appreciate the Ryan Homes experience here at Griffin Place!!! Thank you for everything!
