    I just renewed my lease to start my 4th year here at Retreat at RTP! This has been my best apartment living experience in the Durham/RTP area. A close 7 minute drive from downtown while also having peace and quiet away from the city itself. The office staff is great, especially Genesis! I receive email responses in a timely manner and she is always a delight to speak to. I also love the attention and effort put into planning/hosting community events. Cheers to a 4th year of coming home to Retreat at RTP!
