Only just moved in recently. To start with the good, it’s a beautiful place with a seemingly fair price. The pool seems nice though shallow. The area is quite pretty and well maintained. EDIT: bumping this up to a three because they took care of my friend who got the moldy unit, and my experience working with Brad and the rest of the team has been genuinely pleasant. The staff is open to feeding and willing to work with residents on issues which is a great sign for the future. Moving on to the bad parts, I say all this in good faith, hoping that the management can read this and improve. Unfortunately my move in was extremely difficult at every turn. My initial tour was schedule on a day the office was closed, so I had to reschedule to the next day. I arrived at the appointed time and had to wait another 30 mins for my tour. From there I had a number of logistical issues. I was told I’d be able to sign a six month lease and got no option to change it during the process despite asking multiple times. I had a number of technical issues with the log in site, again emailing and calling and getting no response whatsoever. Finally I got through the basics of the process to apply. I was then told on a Friday afternoon that if I didn’t get them my drivers license immediately my application would be rejected. Despite the fact that I was never asked for it during the process. They gave me a link to Clear ID verification which I tried multiple times to use and it never asked me for my ID. I documented all this via email and asked for help multiple times, including calling and leaving voicemails. I even sent pictures of my drivers license. Finally I got kicked up to the central office and the woman finally sent me email where I responded and said I had already sent my drivers license. I forwarded it to her. She responded saying it was received and I was good to go. She then sent me a pre move in checklist which was extremely buggy. I asked for help again multiple times, no response. Finally I just showed up on move in day after calling and confirming they had my documents. I still had to wait for over two hours to finally get my key because of some backup in their system. The absolute worst part is that when I finally got the unit the AC was out and because their system is apparently useless I couldn’t use the portal to call maintenance and had been given no emergency number. I had to flag down a neighbor who thankfully put in a request for me and finally got the AC fixed an hour after I finished moving in during the summer. Then it took another half hour for them to figure out how to get me my welcome email, which included things like my parking pass and setting up my email. Oh, and of course my apartment had gnats moving in. Luckily pest control came and got rid of them relatively quickly. This whole thing was beyond frustrating and added a lot of stress to an already stressful project. Also, unfortunately had another friend recently tried to move in and they tried to sell her on a deluxe apartment that was full of mold, smelled of smoke, and had a bunch of yellowed plastic all throughout. It didn’t even have the deluxe lights and fixtures. So that is deeply problematic. Overall besides the move in process the apartment is decent. Haven’t had any major maintenance issues after the first bit and the onsite gym is ok. Hoping things go well moving forward.

The neighbors slam doors going into the apartments for no reason . Significant noise levels Security deposit still has not been received and it’s going on beyond 2 months After several so called escalations to whomever I moved end of June …

Retreat at RTP has been great place to stay. The community is maintained pretty well and the office staff is good especially Genesis. She always works hard to handle things promptly for the residents.

I really don’t write google reviews , and i’ve stayed at many apartments and I feel it’s needed to give apartment complexes their props when it’s due. From the day we toured the apartment management staff specifically Brad has made the moving in experience straight forward and as easy as possible. Immediately greeted us with a smile, and made sure to answer my fiancé and I’s questions promptly. Not to mention the property is beautiful and quiet as well. Thank you to Brad and the rest of the staff at the property for making the move in process seamless. My fiance and I are truly grateful to be a resident at this beautiful community!
