  Lie to get u here tell you whatever you want to hear it be all lies after you pay deposit has pool cant use it gym cant use it towed my car didnt give me sticker 250 get my car back towed same night I moved in ...asked for maintenence assistance was told no then house flooded with water had wait long time for water be cleaned up called back before close let office know water still in floor was asked why dont I clean it all up again day 1 of move in ...house flooded car towed moved in toilet dont work have to wait to fix lights dont work have to wait to fix old tenant stuff still in storage area no one cleared it so I could inbox my stuff I paid to be delivered here bathrooms dirty hundred gnats flying in house dirty patio was told wasn't going to be cleaned woke up to phone call saying cleaning lady would be at my door in 30 mins thats was 9am this morning no one ever came when spoke about missing sticker to on-site management for my car being towed no one cared it was left on me 250 plus Uber fees then I have 2 cracks in my spine 7 months pregnant I had borrow money get cleaning sprays to crub and clean the house since no one is coming should have never came here biggest mistake ive made in years

  I recently viewed an apartment at Magnolia Pointe Apartments on 6/12/26. Tatiana (Leasing Consultant) she was amazing, professional, honest, and welcoming! She explained everything to me, and Josh (Maintenance Team) answered all my questions wit honesty. I was very impressed and am looking forward to moving there. The apartment that viewed was a 1bdrm on the 3rd floor. It was spacious, and I just loved the tub. They explained to me about the upgrades that are going to be done to the apartments as well as the surrounding community. I'm relocating from New York and honesty is what I can truly respect. Tatiana and Josh did not deter me from moving there, they helped me to make my decision about moving to Magnolia Pointe Apartments... I can't wait to get the process moving, and to see all the amazing upgrades.

  If you are looking for a place with clear communication and consistent management, I would honestly look elsewhere. The parking situation at this complex was a complete mess. Guest parking was barely enforced for months, then suddenly became extremely strict overnight, which resulted in my car being towed with almost no warning. What made the situation worse was how difficult it was to get straight answers afterward. Different people seemed to explain things differently, and some management interactions felt more dismissive than helpful. Even after getting a temporary parking pass, the whole experience still felt stressful because there never seemed to be clear or consistent communication. The apartment itself is not the issue. The issue is the management, the sudden policy changes, and the confusion that comes with dealing with them. This place became far more stressful than it needed to be, and we honestly cannot wait to move.

  Please stay cautious & Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX!! These have been the worst 5 years of my life living here. If you want to be vandalized, harassed, or simply ignored, this is the place for you. The people here only seem to want residents for the monthly income, and the delinquency rate is very high. The company also has a high staff turnover, and the employees they keep do not seem to do their jobs or care about residents. The office is always closed, and they will take your deposit.
