  I have enjoyed living here at The Lodge at Croasdaile Farm. Maintenance is great and fast! Zaria in the office is always helpful and kind. Which is very important to me as my son has special needs and interactions can often be awkward for many, she always speaks to him and remembers his name. That is truly a rare kindness. I have had no concerns since moving here.

  The property has had a few personnel changes but Zaria is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I appreciate her attentiveness to the issues that come up on the property. Overall the staff is wonderful and accommodating

  Current management is very attentive to any issues or maintenance requests. I personally will not be renewing after my lease ends. Very nice luxury apartments on the surface, although cheaply built. Thin walls with the headache of hearing everything beneath or above you. High water bill. Most of the residents are elders and community feels more geared towards ages 55+. Do not expect your packages to be delivered to your door, you will have to hunt for them on a continuous basis. Delivery app Fetch that is included in your rent is a joke. Overall ok living, may be suitable for some but not for me.

  Terrible experience renting here, townhouse flooded twice from fire closet that is attached to end of unit.
