  The Lodge at Croasdaile Farm is the best apartment I have lived at during my time in Durham. The property is clean, friendly staff, the outside amenities including the pool, grills, and gazebos are wonderful in the summer time. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, no loud noises from the roadway or neighbors. If you are looking for an apartment there really is no other option.

  Had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and looked just like the photos. The team is well organized and friendly most of all. Fields are well kept, on prompt maintenance. Security top notch. Community rooms well kept. Safety definitely high marks for me! Lodge at Croasdaile is a good place to stay @👌.

  After kind of a rocky experience with my moving company, I was pleasantly relieved to find a much better experience with management at The Lodge. They have been quick to resolve maintenance issues, answer questions, and provide resident support. Special thanks to Jay, Jasmine, and Saria!

  I would like to see the stairs and the landings be clean, my sound father used to live in building 4 and it always looked clean. My other concern is the pool. It was closed because of glass and now it’s closed due to storm damage. I understand the weather can’t be controlled, but it feels like when the pool is closed it takes a long time to repair it, but 2 weeks is too much. So far we have lost 4 weeks this summer. My family loves going there so it affects us. I would also like to see the number of family members that are allowed per resident. When people have a family cookout they end up taking both grills and the kids, about 12-14 of them take over the pool. My husband and I have walked there for a swim on 4 different occasions and the entire area was flooded with one residents family. It has been the same family three times. They also play their music loud at 11:00pm. I have signed the lease for another year. I hope the concerns will encourage the management to take some action. I forgot to mention that our car was broken into twice and in the third attempt they tried to steal our car. Same thing happened to two of our neighbors. I realize this happens everywhere. I will say that this complex does a wonderful job at making it feel like a community. My family and I appreciate the effort. The get togethers have been fun. I also commend the maintenance crew for keeping a beautiful property for us to enjoy. The office staff is prompt to requests and most are friendly. My family and I feel safe leaving and returning to our apartment, that’s a big deal for me. The noise can be a problem, we live on the second floor so we get it from up and down.

  Toured the property and though I decided to go in a different direction, I am very pleased with the assistance I received from the staff (I believe the young lady’s name was Zaria), and the property itself is nice!
