  Don't rent from here unless theres 4+ of the floorplan you want available. Otherwise it will cost you 100-150 more per month. Legacy use the criminal company Realpage so their dynamic pricing is as high as possible based on scarcity. After 4 units of the same floor plan are open, you get the "flat" price like less greedy apartments do 24/7. And I can agree with the other review that peopel who lived here a long time pay more than empty units, so start as low as you can cause they jack it up no matter what.

  I just recently moved and everything is going well so far. April from the Leasing office is very helpful and made my moving transition smooth and easy…She’s awesome

  I rented here briefly and ended up having to cancel my lease because of unexpected circumstances. Since it was short notice I had to use the "give notice and hope they can/will rent it to someone else" option. They were clear about how that option works and said it would take time but that my odds were good that it would get rented bc of the unit type + popularity. It worked out for me and they found a new tenent after a month and a half to take over my lease. The apartment was cute and quiet. Everything there worked except the washer and dryer I rented for an additional fee, which were a bit wimpy but fine for smaller, more careful loads. My packages were always left alone on my doorstep. I felt safe. The front office has always been easy to talk to and professional in person, if a bit difficult to get ahold of via phone from time to time.

  Been here just over a month can’t complain. Property is beautiful and quiet. The staff was super helpful during my leasing and for the move .. Thanks again
