  Kelby Farms have Great Activities . Charlotte and Diego continue to bring various activities for us. Tonight was had a food truck fixing hamburgers (they were delicious); Olivia who did fairy hair (which this 71 yo has wanted to try); pool items for the children and adults alike; beverages, in addition to Kid Clover tea. Can't wait for next adventure.

  We have lived at Kelby Farms for about a year and a half. We have enjoyed our time living here. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The amenities are extremely nice. Twice per month there are community events that are always fun to attend and the hosts are so welcoming. The apartments are well-maintained and it feels like a family. Plus the clubhouse is ALWAYS stocked with treats for the doggies. Essential.

  In my experience living at the property, Kelby Farms has real strengths, but unresolved safety and pest issues have made the overall living experience difficult. There are positives to mention. The people who work and live there are nice, the units are modern, the location is convenient for groceries, restaurants, shopping, and getting around town, and the amenities are a plus, including a quiet gym and a nice pool. That said, repeated car break-ins affecting residents have made the property feel unsafe. It is my understanding that cameras had previously been in place and were removed at some point. Regardless, it does not feel like enough has been done to help mitigate the security concerns. The pest issue also has not been meaningfully resolved and has become a health and safety concern. During warmer and rainy periods (for at least 5-6 months out of the year), bugs are consistently present inside units, outside the buildings, and throughout the breezeways. This is not a normal amount of outdoor bugs; at times, the building feels infested. These concerns above have been raised with management multiple times. Some steps have been taken, including pest control and occasional sweeping, but the problems have not improved in any lasting way. Given the cost of rent, it is extremely frustrating to deal with these conditions without a real solution. A response to this review suggesting residents should “take it up with management” would not reflect the reality that these issues have already been raised and still have not been addressed with the seriousness they deserve. Kelby Farms has a lot going for it, but the unresolved safety and pest issues are serious and should be addressed.

  I had a wonderful tour with Ryann. She was extremely transparent and knowledgeable about the apartment complex and amenities. Great layout and open concepts!
