New to the area. Drove by these apartments so I called and was greeted by the nastiest leasing consultant (I think her name was Tiffany not sure)…. so nevermind. I know it’s rough with the price of apartments constantly increasing but it’s worth doing your due diligence to make sure you will be paying to live somewhere that is actually pleasant😕

If you're considering moving here, do your research and speak with current residents before signing a lease. One of the most frustrating things about this property is management's apparent sense of priority. Expired license plate tags seem to receive more immediate attention, of course because the tow company likely gives a percentage to the complex once a car is towed, than maintenance issues, safety concerns, reports of break-ins, or residents simply asking for help. It's hard to understand how tag enforcement becomes urgent, but resident concerns are met with delays and a lack of urgency. You can show a person where it spells out in their lease about expired tags, but fail to show maintenance requests that have been COMPLETED, let alone been acknowledged. The Community Manager's professionalism is also a MAJOR concern. Residents deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when they are seeking assistance. Unfortunately, many interactions leave people feeling dismissed, disrespected, and unheard. Plus, I’m sure that she’d think differently if she was in the situation; however, she doesn’t care enough to think about the RESIDENTS. At a time when people are working hard just to afford housing, residents should feel valued, not treated like an inconvenience. If you're looking for a community that prioritizes resident safety, responsiveness, and professionalism, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I honestly don’t know who they hired as the Community Manager, but she is one of the most dismissive and unprofessional people I’ve dealt with. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to her, and her attitude alone reflects poorly on the entire property. They also filter out the staff like it’s no tomorrow. Keep all documents as well because they will misplace or forget anything important

As a visitor to this property, I was very concerned to find a large bright-green warning sticker placed on my driver’s side window during extremely hot weather. The sticker was difficult to remove and should not have been placed on a visitor’s vehicle in the first place. I do not reside at this apartment complex, nor am I a party to any lease agreement signed by residents. As such, threatening to tow my vehicle for expired registration based on community rules that I have never agreed to is inappropriate. Additionally, I did not observe any clearly visible signage at the property entrance or throughout the parking areas that adequately explains parking restrictions, towing policies, or registration requirements. Without proper notice to visitors, any towing action could raise serious concerns regarding the legality and fairness of the enforcement practices being used. Property management should ensure that visitors receive clear notice of parking rules before placing warning stickers on vehicles or threatening enforcement actions. The current approach feels unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional.

Calling this property ‘luxury’ is honestly laughable. Management seems more invested in playing parking enforcement and harassing residents about expired tags than addressing actual issues that affect quality of life—like fixing the AC. Apparently, vehicle registrations are a higher priority than making sure residents can comfortably live in the apartments they’re paying for. The revolving door of office staff is another red flag. Every time you turn around there’s a new manager or leasing agent, which says a lot about the work environment and overall management of this property. Consistency, communication, and accountability are practically nonexistent. What’s even more ridiculous is the obsession with things that have absolutely nothing to do with whether rent is being paid or whether residents’ concerns are being addressed. Instead of focusing on unresolved maintenance issues, management seems determined to nitpick residents while ignoring the problems that actually matter. For the amount of money charged here, you’d expect professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine concern for resident satisfaction. Instead, you’re met with misplaced priorities, poor communication, and a management team that seems more focused on appearances than providing the ‘luxury’ experience they advertise. Save your money and your sanity. There are plenty of apartment communities that actually understand what luxury living means.
