  These people have new management they came onto my property to power spray and took my things. I’m asking them Where did they put my things? I got no answer all he kept saying is they put out a notice, which was a lie I have front door cameras for this month which I made sure works bc I have packages coming.we received only one notice which was to spray inside the house for bugs. I had to call the police just to find out where my things were and he didn’t apologize for entering my apartment removing my things without my knowledge he just said well we were told to do it. if I would’ve came out my room and saw a man I would’ve have off his life because of their neglect. I didn’t receive any apology but I promise you this one day you will do something this dangerous and it will end badly. You do not come into people homes without permission unless you don’t value your life. It was only God protecting you all because if I would’ve seen a man in my apartment I would have protected myself question asked later.

  Falls Points at the Park is a pretty place with attractive landscaping, trees, shrubs, flowers, squirrels, and birds.

  My mother-in-law has been trying to move to one of your apartments since November 13, 2025. She submitted the application and filled out the paperwork on two different occasions (11/13/25 and 12/17/25). On December 17, she even paid the security deposit; however, she had never gotten an apartment assignment, and it seems the process never moved forward. There have been multiple calls and visits to the office without any resolution. On January 21, she got tired of waiting and decided to cancel the application and requested the security deposit back. She was told that her deposit refund would be processed, and she didn't need to take any additional action. Once again, there is a lack of communication; she has not received a confirmation email or call that her deposit refund has been initiated. She has continued to call the office without success. Every time she got in touch with the staff, they were very dismissive and made no effort to resolve the issue. I tried to look for any additional contact information or any customer service available, but there is none available on the website. The website only has the one phone number that she has attempted to contact numerous times without success. Could you please assist and provide any additional contact information or customer service support so she can finally resolve this problem? Thank you in advance!
