  Horrible service and one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with any builder/location. We applied with this location on April 4 through their promotion. At first, everything looked great, as it usually does in the beginning. But once the mortgage process started, everything went downhill. We were first assigned to one person, then switched to another, then another, and then another. We explained our financial situation in detail from the beginning, and we were told there was no clear reason we should be denied. Based on that, we continued with them, even though we already had another mortgage company ready to pre-approve us. After being passed around between different people and departments, it took them almost four weeks to review everything and deny the application. When we went back to the other mortgage company and explained what happened, they were shocked. Within 24 hours, that other company issued our pre-approval. Meanwhile, we had already paid a deposit. When we tried to contact the sales team again, suddenly they were unavailable for almost two weeks, with different excuses. Once we finally got ahold of someone, they initially agreed to work with the same deal. But when we came back in person with our pre-approval ready, they changed the conversation, gave different excuses, and refused to move forward. They rushed us to sign everything in the beginning, but once there was an issue, the process became slow, disorganized, and full of excuses. What should have been a simple process turned into six weeks of wasted time. Now they are still holding my deposit, even though my contract clearly states it is refundable under these circumstances. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Be very careful when they talk about promotions, “premium packages,” or special deals. Read everything carefully, double-check every promise, and do not rely on verbal assurances. This experience cost us time, stress, and money for no valid reason.

  What a great home buying experience. Ryan Neely was SO helpful, thoughtful, considerate, nice, knowledgeable and full of information and kindness! I would recommend him to everyone. Seriously, he made it easy for our family to check all the boxes for our new home. He was even very considerate of our 5 year old daughter. The home is wonderful, well built and in a great location. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with ample chances to see stars at night. The pool isn't finished yet, but it's going to be my families hang out for the summer. Ryan was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. Home run of an employee Pulte! Thanks Ryan, you made all the difference in the world! My family is eternally grateful for you ♥️!

  Do not buy from this builder right now. Prices are too high. Forget what market says. They will tell you bunch of crap stories to convince you buy it from them. I overpaid. If they don’t negotiate, don’t buy it. Period. Do not waste time.
