- JKJohanna KincaidMay 19, 20225.0I have lived here 4 1/2 years and love it. The management team is awesome and maintenance prompt and efficient. They also worked with me when I became unemployed due to corona. Walls kind of thin but very spacious space and closets.
- SSSuffiyah SmithFeb 27, 20171.0I was a resident since 2015 when the place was Hawthorne. When this management for Emory woods took over it went completely downhill. They took over and did not have maintenance for almost two weeks. When they finally did get maintenance, it took them 2-3 weeks to respond to work orders after calling them multiple times! The management is horrible and very disrespectful. The floors creak in the 2 bedroom town house I had. There was a major leak that took weeks to get fixed. Seasonal bug problems that took forever to get taken care of. Issues that were only provided a temporary fix! I will recommend that you DO NOT STAY HERE! My place was broken into and the maintaince not the management offered me to stay in the model apartment . My sliding door was never properly fixed. There have been multiple robberies that the residents never knew about! Do NOT STAY HERE! Please take your business else where.
