  I recently had to find my daughter off campus housing, we came across Duke Manor property and from day one of dealing with them I have NOT been let down! I have spoken to a few of the staff members and every one has been pleasant patient and helpful! Would like to thank Michael who is amazing. I can not finish this statement without mentioning LESLY!!!! My sweet girl went above and beyond to make this work for my daughter staying late and more than anything staying true to her word!!! Lease with Duke Manor and you will not be disappointed but definitely work with Lesly! 😊😊

  I want to share my positive experience with one of Duke Manor’s maintenance team members, James Nixon. He was incredibly nice, pleasant, and professional from start to finish. James took care of my kitchen wall outlet and fixed my shower rod, and he did it with such care and respect. It means a lot when someone shows up with a great attitude and makes sure the job is done right. I truly appreciate his service and the way he treated me and my home. Thank you, James, for making the experience smooth and stress‑free.

  I recently toured a two-bedroom apartment at Duke Manor and absolutely loved it! As a Duke nursing student, the location is a huge plus—it's within walking distance of Duke's West Campus, which means less time driving and more time focusing on school. I also really appreciate the student discount and the reasonable rent. After researching apartments in West Durham, it was refreshing to find a place that is both affordable and close to campus. A special thank-you to Angel for providing such an excellent tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. It was a hot day, and he even gave me a ride back to the front of the property in the golf cart, which I greatly appreciated. Great customer service, a beautiful property, and even Taco Tuesdays—I can't wait to submit my application!

  As we all know, it is not very easy transitioning from a completely different place to a new one. We were new to this area and does not know anyone. Good things is that we had a great experience with our property manager - Ms. Kayliana de Jesus. She has always been supportive, respectful, and genuinely easy to talk to from the very first day we are here. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed promptly and professionally. Communication with her was just stress free! She has an approachable attitude and willingness to help have made a positive difference in my experience as a tenant. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager who values respect, responsiveness, and good communication. BTW, years after she still treats you the same. One of the reason we stayed!
