    My experience at Duke Manor Apartments was unfortunately very disappointing overall, particularly regarding management responsiveness, maintenance handling, package security, and move-out charges. One of the biggest ongoing issues during my stay was package theft. Amazon, Spectrum, Walmart, and Best Buy packages were repeatedly stolen from the community... at least 10 times during my lease period. Despite this recurring problem, there did not seem to be any effective long-term solution or meaningful support provided to residents dealing with these incidents. Maintenance experiences were also frustrating. In one situation, maintenance work appears to have resulted in a leak after a repair was performed, yet I was later charged for the issue despite it occurring after the maintenance visit. I also experienced concerns with maintenance scheduling and communication throughout my stay. The move-out process was especially disappointing. I was charged for multiple items that did not seem reasonable, including charges related to normal appliance wear such as burner discoloration from standard use. I also noticed duplicate utility-related charges during my final month. What concerned me most was the lack of transparency regarding deductions from my security deposit. When I requested invoices or documentation supporting certain charges, I was told the actual expenses were supposedly higher than the amount charged to me, yet no invoices or receipts were provided. Despite these issues, I still left the apartment cleaned and in very good condition. I also never raised complaints during my lease regarding older appliances, including a washer with persistent odor issues, because I tried to be understanding throughout my stay. Additionally, the community environment itself was often noisy, which made it difficult at times to feel comfortable or relaxed at home. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future residents should be aware of these experiences before signing a lease.

    1. Resident of the 20-story building – painting I living in Building 20 has been a completely different experience after the recent renovations. The floors look amazing and the fresh paint truly changed the entire atmosphere of the building. Everything feels cleaner, brighter, and more modern. You can tell Duke Manor really invests in the comfort of the residents. I also asked who completed the work because the quality stood out immediately, and I was told it was Rorro’s Company. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. 2.Metal restoration I was honestly impressed by the metal restoration work around the property Duke Manor , Railings, metal structures, and details that looked old and worn now look almost brand new again. Duke Manor continues proving they truly care about maintaining the property at a high level for residents. The work done by Rorro’s Company was outstanding and very professional. 3.Pool event – ​​renovated concrete attended the pool gathering on Friday, and the first thing that caught my attention was how incredible the pool area looked. The concrete renovation completely transformed the space. It looked clean, modern, and very high-end. I asked who did the work and was told it was a company called Rorro’s Company. Truly impressive results. Huge thanks to Duke Manor for always investing in improvements that make residents feel comfortable and proud of where they live. 4.Building washing Recently our building was pressure washed and the difference is unbelievable. The entire building looks refreshed and much more welcoming. You don’t realize how much dirt builds up over time until you see the before and after. Duke Manor has been doing a great job keeping the property updated and clean for residents. Rorro’s Company did an amazing job with the cleaning process. 5.Floor renovation and restoration The floor restoration and painting work throughout the property looks fantastic. The attention to detail and quality of the finish really stand out. It gives the property a fresh and upgraded appearance that makes a big difference for residents and visitors. Duke Manor continues making valuable improvements, and Rorro’s Company deserves recognition for delivering such professional and beautiful work

    Jazer is someome who truly puts effort into helping residentes whenever there's an issue related to the property. Very respectful, profesional, and kind. Duke manor now looks more organized, brighter, and maintained with a much higher standar of cleanliness and care. Great job to everyone involved.

    Recently I’ve noticed a much higher level of cleanliness around the property, and that definitely makes a difference. Congratulations to the maintenance team because the property now feels fresher and more cared for. I’ve seen many workers from Rorro’s Company throughout the community, and it’s clear they are helping improve the overall quality and appearance of Duke Manor.

    I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to specially to anyone working at the nearby establishments. The people here are great! I’d like to mention, Mr. Angel Zunigaray, who was very professional, genuinely attentive and responsive to questions I have. He made the process of renting smooth and quick. Kudos.
