- BPBinisha PatelJun 26, 20265.0I gave 5 stars because the folks working here and the sweet folks in the community make it so special! The buildings and units are old and rough, but with patience and time, they can be spruced up. Firstly, Sade’shia, the leasing specialist, truly moved mountains and advocated multiple times for me to get the best financial deal and optimize moving to my busy schedule. Her welcoming attitude and friendliness is what convinced me to move here, because I knew I was going to be taken care of just like family. She also went out of her way to make sure there was a disability parking spot for when my younger brother with disabilities comes to visit. From the virtual tour I had with her first all the way to move-in, Sade’shia was phenomenal, and honestly, I would totally steal her away if I worked in property management. She is an angel! Since I moved in about a month ago, my place has become cozy and home-y, a place to get comfortable after a long day at work. I credit this to DeShawn, the maintenance supervisor, who showed so much kindness towards after an unfortunate situation occurred during a maintenance event. In his own words, he is really committed to making sure people feel at home, and he has gone above and beyond to help me settle in and learn how to get comfortable in my new home. He is the most professional and skilled individual I have ever met. Not only does he maximize his creativity to resolve resident concerns, but he genuinely cares about the people who live here and follows up to make sure things are going well. The community is full of kind families, who immediately greeted me and offered help and support the day I moved in. Again, five stars for the amazing people here :)
