  Moving into and living at Atrium Apartments has been an absolute breeze, largely thanks to Perla. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to be helpful, welcoming, and professional. She made the entire leasing process smooth, answered every question patiently, and always greets everyone with a warm smile. The staff here including the maintenance team truly cares about the residents, and Perla is a shining example of that top-notch service.   I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Atrium Apartment. The community is peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a great place to come home to after a long day. The neighborhood feels safe, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I also want to give a special shout-out to Perla for her outstanding customer service. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. She always follows up promptly and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for a quiet community with excellent management and exceptional staff, I highly recommend Atrium Apartment. Thank you, Perla, for all your hard work and dedication!

  Me encanta vivir aquí porque nos ofrece un ambiente completamente seguro, con vecinos igual de respetuosos y con mucha empatía! El personal de su oficina es muy atento y amable resolviendo nuestras inquietudes y necesidades de una forma inmediata!   We've just moved in the US last May 2026 and Atrium was been our comfort zone since then.Choosing Atrium was never been a regret as we feel safe and the community was really peaceful. It is the best choice for a family like us. All the staffs were helpful especially Ms. Perla,she was really accomodating and amazing. She was really the one who helped us a lot since day one. She is the best in her craft. Ms Perla will treat you as her friend. And we really appreciate her.

  I would like to commend our leasing agent, Clara for the outstanding assistance provided throughout the leasing process. She was very helpful, responsive, and patient in answering all of our questions.
