  If you plan to go to Clayton homes in Dunn make sure you go and buy from Luke. He is an incredible salesman and knows how to do his job. Thank you so much for all your help Luke.

  This was our first time buying a home and the representative Rodney Dent made everything smooth as possible making sure are questions were answered helping us understand the process as well as keeping us in communication about inspections even on his days off and after hours he was excellent and the team of representatives were also polite and courteous I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone

  We reached out to this location to help us after having a messy situation at another Clayton Homes. We are located in Franklin County, which is outside of the normal radius that Clayton of Dunn services, however once we explained our situation to Luke, he went absolutely above and beyond to help us. He immediately got us pricing (which was beyond fair and extremely competitive), but ensured he was able to help us get a home even though we were 20+ miles out of his service area. I cannot say enough good things about Luke. He was responsive, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We are so thankful for our experience with him!! 10/10 recommend requesting him for all of your home needs at Clayton Homes of Dunn.

  I want to thank Luke Barbour at Clayton Homes of Dunn. They have some of the best single- and double-wide homes I have ever come across. Mr. Barbour was very knowledgeable, understanding, and attentive to our needs. He communicated clearly about what Clayton Homes has to offer and made the process easy to understand. My wife and I will be purchasing a double-wide in the very near future. Thank you, Luke!
