  The property manager, Anthony; the leasing agent, Austin; and Tommy, who takes care of maintenance, are exceptional and work effectively together. Anthony consistently demonstrates professionalism, keeping us informed through regular phone calls or emails regarding updates on our unit. They have streamlined the process, making it seamless. The area is impeccably maintained, and the apartment complex delivers on its promise of luxury apartments. Thus far, I am impressed with what I have seen, and I appreciate their efforts to maintain a high-end, prestigious level of quality.

  I recently had the pleasure of running into aAustin Grant and Anthony Grant at The Millwright Apartments in Cornelius, and I can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, both Austin and Anthony demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge that immediately made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how genuinely attentive and informative they were. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and with confidence, showing that they truly understand the property, the leasing process, and the needs of future residents. It never felt like I was being “sold” anything — instead, they took the time to make sure I fully understood every detail and felt welcomed from start to finish. Austin and Anthony both carried themselves with a high level of professionalism while still maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude. Their communication was excellent, their energy was positive, and it was obvious that they take pride in what they do. They were patient, respectful, and extremely organized, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It is rare to come across individuals who are not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about helping people. Their enthusiasm for The Millwright Apartments and dedication to providing outstanding customer service truly sets them apart. They represented the property exceptionally well and created an experience that left a lasting impression.   Absolutely love this place and the team that runs it! The property itself is clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient area with plenty nearby. You can tell they genuinely care about making it a great experience for residents. Anthony has been incredibly helpful and attentive whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. Austin made the leasing process super easy and stress-free from the beginning, and Tommy has been awesome with maintenance—fast, reliable, and always kind. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with a team that’s both professional and personable. The positive atmosphere here really makes a difference. Definitely recommend checking this property out if you’re looking for a place that feels welcoming and well-managed!

  I can’t say enough great things about this property! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth, welcoming, and honestly just a really cool place to live. The location is super convenient—close to everything you need, which makes day-to-day life so much easier. Huge shoutout to Anthony, the property manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the community. Tommy in maintenance is amazing too—any request gets handled quickly and efficiently, and he’s always friendly while doing it. And Austin, the leasing agent, made the entire move-in process effortless. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The whole team really makes this place stand out. Between the great service, awesome atmosphere, and unbeatable convenience, I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  I visited this property recently and was impressed by the look and style. The location feels safe and convenient. The gym is easily accessible, clean and provides everything needed. I was also very impressed with some of the extra amenities that are offered such as a thrilling racing simulator and a fantastic pool. Major shout out to the three gentlemen I worked with - Anthony, Austin & Tommy (property manager, leasing agent and maintenance, respectively). They are all extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great job guys, and thank you!
