  Latosha Benjamin plays a good part on convincing you to buy a home and being ironic. At first they will say that you get your security deposit if buying the home don’t work out yet when the time comes you don’t get your money back and on top of that raises the lot rent before I even was going to purchase the home. She goes by her timing not yours, cares more about money then the consumers, she can’t handle professionally things and unorganized. You are better off taking your business elsewhere because here you will waste your money and time while she takes advantage of you. And she doesn’t consider options for you because the same house she said I can also rent she now want to say I can’t rent it. A whole clown circus for a mobile home.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Silver Maples. They repeatedly said one thing and then did something completely different. Communication was inconsistent, and I felt like I kept getting the runaround. There was way too much back and forth, which wasted a lot of my time. They also seemed like they were always in a rush and only wanted to do things on their schedule, without much consideration for mine. It felt like my time and concerns weren’t respected. Instead of being straightforward and efficient, the whole process felt disorganized and misleading. It’s disappointing when expectations are set one way but not followed through. I expected better professionalism, communication, and honesty. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

  I was looking forward to purchasing a home here but they weren’t cooperating or communicating properly with me and they also took my money even though it was said I would get it back if I changed my mind. When talking to people living here they also said they said it isn’t worth it and that’s enough for me to not be here.
